Renovation works in Ground Floor

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over 150mm depth including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift up to 1.5m.

PCC Work : Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) up to 50mm using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete.

Rain Water Drain:Providing brick work with cement mortar up to 30 cm width x 30 cm depth and Length al-around the ground to ensure free flow of rain water to nearby manhole covered by heavy duty perforated cement covers all inclusive

Ready Mix Concrete: Providing and laying 100mm thick ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site on work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions.

5 HP Motor: Providing and fixing of 5HP Motor near sump area which includes all necessary wiring and connections

Chamber Cover over Manhole:Providing and laying of Heavy duty Cement Cover of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 100mm thick over manhole in ground floor parking area at Kasturi Block.

PVC Water Tank:Providing and fixing of 5000 lts heavy duty Water Storage Tank of Syntex or equivalent make near Ground Floor in Kasturi Block

Plastering and Water Proofing in Terrance Floor: Plastering of the floor on Roof Top Terrace to a thickness of 50mm using 1:5 Cement Morter with appropriate admixtures for water proofing including supply of all materials and labour charges for finished items of work at Kasturi and Ashwatha Blocks

Drainage Pipe Line Works:

Drainage Pipe Line Works: Supply of 75mm and 100mm dia PVC SWR(Soil,waste & rain) Pipes of branded company, and connecting drains of each floor from 7th floor to the manhole with necessary support materials like tee's etc and clamps etc all inclusive, for both Kasturi and Ashwatha blocks

Drainage Pipe Line Works:Labour Charges for removing of existing CI pipe line and removing of debris from site and refixing with New PVC SWR Pipes and giving connection to the manhole all inclusive.

Drainage Pipe Line Works: Scaffolding Charges from Ground Floor to 7th Floor which includes all materials and labour charges.

Drain Line to Stop Rain Water from Road :

Provision of Drain Lane of size 21mtrs Length x 1.2 mtrs Width x .90 mtrs depth using Brick work with Plastering all sides to ensure free flow of rain water to nearby manhole
