1. Almirah steel (Med) (FD-67 & 1032) (a) Shelf : M&L for removing old worn out Shelf from the Almirah med steel. Supply and fixing of new shelf made out of 1 mm thick MS Sheet . Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(b) Door : M&L for removing old worn out Door from the Almirah med steel. Supply and fixing of new Door made out of 1 mm thick MS Sheet . Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(c) Locking divice : M & L for removing old worn out locking devices from the Almirah medium steel. Supply and Fixing of new locking device of best quality . Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(d) Hinge: M & L for removing old worn out hinge from the Almirah medium steel. Supply and Fixing of new hinge of best quality size 75mm . Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(e) Legs: M&L for removing old worn out Leg from the Almirah steel med. Supply and Fixing of new leg made out of 1 mm thick MS Sheet . Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(f) Lock: M&L for removing old worn out lock from the Almirah med steel. Supply and fixing of new lock Make : Sukesh/Godraj .Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(g) Handle: M&L for removing old worn out handle from the Almirah med steel. Supply and fixing of new handle of best quality . Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(h) Painting: M & L for removing /scrapping old worn out paint from the Almirah med steel by sand paper and painting with one coats of OG synthetic enamelled paint Make : Shalimar/Asian apcolite over a coat of red oxide primer . Rest all as specified in the drg or as directed by Engr in Charge.

3. Table office officer steel (FD-84, 1003) (a) Top : M&L for fixing top of the table made out of 18/19 mm prelaminated particle bd duly edging after removing old worn out UNSV Top Make : Bhutan Board/Green Ply/Novapan exterior grade. Rest all as specified in the drg or as directed by Engr in Charge.

(b) Welding :- All broken legs will be welded with square pipe 25 mm as required upto the size as specified in drg or as directed by Engr in Charge.

(c) Drawer :- M &L for removing unserviceable drawer from the table. Supply and setting the new drawer made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet size as specified or directed by Engr in Charge.

(d) Central Stiffener :- M & L for removing unservieable stiffener from the table. Supply and fixing new stifener made out of 25 mm square pipe will be welded as specified in the drg or directed by Engr in Charge

(e) Side Stiffener :- M & L for removing unservieable stiffener from the table. S &F new stiffener made out of 25 mm square pipe will be welded as specified in the drg or directed by Engr in Charge

(f) Lock :- M& L for fitting/replacing old broken /worn out locks with new lock Godrej pattern of table office of officers

(g) Handle: M&L for removing old worn out handle from the Table Office Officer steel. Supply and fixing of new handle of best quality . Rest all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(h) Painting : All Steel frame of the table shall be painted with two coats of OG colour paint with Assian/Berger paints of first grade after duly rubbed worn out old layer painting.

4. Table office clk steel (Fd-84 ,381&1004) (a) Top : All as per ser No 3(a) above but table office clk steel

(b) Welding :- All as per ser No 3(b) above but table office clk steel

(c) Drawer :- All as per ser No 3(c) above but table office clk steel

(d) Central Stiffener :- All as per ser No 3(d) above but table office clk steel

5. Chair Verandah( FD-256, FD-19 (a) Taking out worn out plastic cane complete Chair Verandah and Re-canning of chair with 4 mm wide plastic cane frame and legs including S & F of hard rubber shoe at bottom of each leg. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including

(b) Welding of Legs :- M & L for welding the legs of chair verandah with provision 20 mm pipe 1.6 mm thick to cover the unservicable part approx length 320mm of the leg and duly rubbed to smooth the welded portion . Rest as directed by Engr in Charge.

(c) Welding of Rods to connect uper side front and rear alongwith seat legs :- M & L for welding the rod 12 mm thick to the legs alongwith the seat front side and rear side size 12 mm x length as required to cover the distance between RT & LT legs . Rest as directed by Engr in Charge.

(d) Painting : All Steel frame of the Chair Verandah shall be painted with one coats of White colour paint Make Assian apcolite/Berger paints of first grade after duly rubbed worn out old layer painting.

6. CHAIR CBB STEEL W/O ARMS (FD-75(M)) (a) Seat for chair CBB W/O Arms : Removing of old existing unserviceable seat frame and S&F of new seat frame of 2nd class hard wood (Make : SAL) fixed with 04 Nos. machine screws 65 mm x 3 mm including canning with superior quality of plastic cane 2 mm half round oval shape for seat and 3 mm for border complete including polishing black all as specified and directed.

(b) Back : All as per Item Ser No 6(a) above but Back for Chair CBB W/O Arms

( c) Caps for chair CBB W/O Arms : Supply and fixing of new PVC cap at the top back steel pipe.

(d) Ruber Shoes : for chair CBB W/O Arms: Replacement of rubber shoe with S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality with steel screws as required at site complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(e) Painting : All Steel frame of the Chair Verandah shall be painted with one coats of White colour paint Make Assian apcolite/Berger paints of first grade after duly rubbed worn out old layer painting.

7. CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75(M)) (a) Seat for chair CBA Steel With Arms : All as per Item Ser No 6(a) above but for Chair CBA Steel with Arms

(b) Back : All as per Item Ser No 6(b) above but for Chair CBA Steel with Arms

( c) Caps All as per Item Ser No 6(c) above but for Chair CBA Steel with Arms

(d) Ruber Shoes: All as per Item Ser No 6(d) above but for Chair CBA Steel with Arms

(e) Flat Iron Runner: Removing of old existing unserviceable flat iron runner and S&F of new flat iron runner 25 x 3 mm, approximate 50 mm long including making hole for fixing end and other end welded to chair CBA steel without arms/with arms including one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(f) Arms Rest : Removing of old existing unserviceable arms and S&F of new arms rests of 2nd class hard wood (Make : SAL) fixed with suitable size of screws complete including polishing black all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge .

(g) Painting : All as per Item Ser No 6(e) above but for Chair CBA Steel with Arms

8. Charpoy folding IP with plywood hard top (FD-388 (R ) (a) Top : Taking out old UNSV top from Charpoy Folding S & F new 12 mm thick plywood commencial Make : Assam ply/Kitply/Greenply as per existing shape and size all as spepcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(b) Welding of Legs :- M & L for welding the legs of Charpoy Folding with provision 25 mm MS pipe 1.6 mm thick to cover the unservicable part approx length 450 mm of the leg and duly rubbed to smooth the welded portion . Rest as directed by Engr in Charge.

(c) Rubber Shoes : Replacement of rubber shoe and S&F of new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as required at site complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(d) Painting : All Steel frame of the Charpoy Folding shall be painted with one coats of Olive Green OG Paint Make Assian apcolite/Berger paints of first grade after duly rubbed worn out old layer painting.

9. Chair Visitors and Chair Writing( TP & FD/E6/MAP/12) Repairs to Chair Visitors and Chair Writing compermising the following items all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge (a) Removing the existing old unserviceable Fabric/Tapestry cloth from Seat and Back of the chair and re-upholestering with new tapestry/Fabric cloth approved quality after providing layer of 25mm synthetic foam.

(b) Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair. Supply and fix new handle to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

10. Chair Computer (Various types) TP & FD/E6/MAP/01 Repairs to Chair Computer ( various types) and compermising the following items all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge (a) Removing the existing old unserviceable Fabric/Tapestry cloth from the chair and re-upholestering with new tapestry/Fabric cloth approved quality after providing layer of 25mm synthetic foam.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable or broken castor wheel. Supply and fixing of New Castor wheel to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

(c) Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair. Supply and fix new handle to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable or worn out bottom base from the Chair. Supply and fix new Base to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable or worn out Gas Lifting Spring from the chair Supply and fix new Base to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

11. Chair Revolving and Chair Executive (Various Models) Repairs to Chair Revolving and Chair Executive (Various Models) compermising the following items all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge (a) Removing the existing old unserviceable Fabric/Tapestry cloth from the chair and re-upholestering with new tapestry/Fabric cloth approved quality after providing layer of 25mm synthetic foam.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable or broken castor wheel. Supply and fixing of New Castor wheel to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

(c) Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair. Supply and fix new handle to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

12. Chair Easy steel (FD-121) (a) Removing of U/S foam 100mm thick from seat. Supply and fix new 100mm thick foam of size 560 x 660mm 40 density Make: Sleepwell/Kurlon/ U Foam

b) Removing of U/S foam 100mm thick from back. Supply and fix new 100mm thick foam of size 560 x 370mm 40 density Make: Sleepwell/Kurlon/ U Foam

c) Removing of U/S rexine from seat of chair. Supply and fix new rexine shade and texture as approved by GE

d) Removing of U/S rexine from back of chair. Supply and fix new rexine shade and texture as approved by GE

e) Removing U/S 12mm plywood from seat and back of chair. Supply and fix new 12mm thick plywood commercial as directed by GE

f) Removing the existing U/S worn out rubber shoes. Supply and fix new rubber/PVC shoes superior quality to the chair

13. Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar(FD-220) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI Charpoy and supply and fixing of 12mm thick chemically treated plywood BWR Grade sizMake-Kit Ply/Green Ply/rchidaply Size- 1980x900mm rounded edges on four corners, Fixed with MS bolts and nuts 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per Charpoy (03 Each on both long rails and 02 Each on both short rails) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Flat Iron:- Supply and fixing iron 40x5mm welded between long rails including the welded portion grinded smoothly and apply two coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer for entire flat iron. Note :- Each flat iron will be measured as one coat

(c ) Long Rail :- Removing of unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing on new long rail made out from 32 mm dia GI tubing medium grade of shape and size as per existing long rail of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing(Make- TATA/Jindal

(d ) Short Rail:- Removing of unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI pipe and fixing only short rail in true position complete all as specified and shown on drawing NOTE: (i) The short rail shall be made out from the old retrieved long rails duly cutting and threading

(e) Legs:- Made out of old retrived long rail/short rail. Removing of unserviceable leg of charpoy GI pipe and fixing only leg 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade complete all as specified and shown on drawing.Notes:- (i) The leg shall be made out from old retrieved long/short rails duly cutting ,threading and welding all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Check Nuts :- Removing of unserviceable check nut of charpoy GI pipe all as directed and S & F new GI check nut of charpoy GI pipe 32 mm bore pipe all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) GI Elbow Three Way :- Removing of unserviceable elbow of charpoy GI S & F new three way GI elbow 32 mm bore (ISI Marked ) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(h) Base Plate of Leg: Removing of unserviceable base plate of below of charpoy GI pipe. S & F base plate made out of MS Sheet 6mm thick bottom of leg in true position complete all as specified and shown on drawing

Meterial and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Olive green shade) by spray painting to steel surfaces internal exposed to view including removing of dents and bends and preparing the surfaces by filling with filling materials such as putty etc all as specified for the following items :- (a) Almirah large 1/2 sh x 1/2 hg steel
