Moistening the cracks , providing and applying priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of " Polvalk EP" and cement ( or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed.Filling the cracks /grooves by providing and applying "Polvalk EP" polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names ) in proportion of 1:5:15( Polyalk EP:Cement:Graded sand/quartz sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to external plastering using wooden floats/ punch etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair WPC/ charcole interlocking wall paneling/ ceilling ( LOUVERS SEAMLESS DESIGNER PLANKS) any colour High grade pvc ,100 % termite & water resistant for 12-20 mm thick fixing with ss clips , bolt or adhesive with aluminium framing/grid with suitable fittings .complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up 200mm drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete and removal of debris including sludge if any and side MD land complete.

M&L concrete bed to 200 mm dia pipes of cement mortar 1;3;6 type C-2 including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 ,200 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars and all as specifed and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing factory made RCC precast cement concrete grade M-30 cover slab of size 450mmx900mmx75mm thick size set in cement mortar 1:6 including reinforcement of 8mm dia deformed bars @150mm c/c both ways etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel (SS-304) wind turbine air ventilator of 600 mm throat dia with capacity of 2700 cfm to be mounted on top of new FRP base plate of 2 mm thick with venture dome, including necessary cutting of existing roof sheets, sealing with watertight arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting or galvalume sheet any gauge and thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-coloured corrugated galvalume AZ -150 (55% aluminium + 43.5% Zinc+ 1.5% Silicon) steel sheets as in roofing/wall cladding, 0.50mm thick (Total coated thickness), ( base metal thickness )conforming to AS-1397/ASTM A-792 and having yield strength minimum 550 MPA fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers and fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-coloured plain galvalume AZ -150 (55% aluminium + 43.5% Zinc+ 1.5% Silicon) steel sheets, 0.50mm thick (Total coated thickness), ( base metal thickness ) conforming to AS-1397/ASTM A-792 and having yield strength minimum 550 MPA fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers and fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Make : Choksey or STP or equivalent

Racking out damaged/deteriorated old sealing compound upto 15 mm wide & 30 mm average depth of joints with air blower and filling with polyethyelene rod and top 10mm deep with polyurethane joint sealient upto top surface (suitable for old rigid pavement) including applying suitable primer for proper bonding with polyurethane joint sealient ( suitable tape to be applied on both side of joint before sealing joints and remove after filling of joints) etc complete and all as specified. Removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps / or LPG torch flam and cleaning with scrapers any nos of coats , any width or girth as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces (Rigid Pavement) over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats in 24 hour interval with water based road marking paints conforming to IS-164, 1981(Amended 1993) , fast drying, highly durable 100% acrylic retro-refective water borne paints applied with spray machine/roller to lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc & the like, exceeding 10cm wide with road marking paint & tint as approved & as specified (Painting shall be done by using wooden/plywood template at edges to be provided). First time painting. Make:Apcotrak from Asian paints or equivalent

All as per item No 105 above but one coat for second time painting for the same area after three months gap from first time painting.

Supply only MS accessories for sliding door shutter repair such as shaft , pully ,lath sheets ,cast iron wheels , iron pipe and plate,channels bottom sliding tracks etc as specification and directed .

Routine maitenance of Hanger sliding door with Cleaning, oiling, greasing for complete of all movable parts all as required at site and Replacement of unserviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom corrugated sliding tracks , weldding work for , pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks etc as specification and directed .

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un plastered surface of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including all necessary scaffolding and applying with automatic airless spray machine of paint application One coat cement base paint (white or tinted ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning the existing drainage/culvert including removing cover slab, Gratings carefully without damaging and clean soils,spoils,vegetation,silt etc and relaying cover slabs and removing waste materials outside MD Land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12 above but second time after six months, complete all as specified

Material & labour for cleaning the dispersal area with brooming down/steel wire brushing/washing to remove all dirt, dust, loose particles and any other deleterious materials ( up to 5 mm thick ) etc including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and drain cleaning by employing two unskilled labour per day for each job all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Mild steel galvanised PVC Coated wire netting to cilling , dia of wire 1.4 to 1.8 and size of mesh 20mmx 20mm fixed with 3mm dia GI Wire and cleat complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capacity exc 2000 ltr. but n.exc 3000 ltr and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Routine maitenance of sliding door shutter of the maintenance including the following all as specified and directed. (a) Dismantling of MS works of any description such as rollers pulleys, guides, bottom sliding tracks and corrugated sheets including necessary straightening of bends. (b) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (c) Replacement of unserviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (e) weldding work for , pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks etc.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 47,700.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note 1:- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
