Descaling of condensing unit of 120 TR capacity of air conditioning plants by circulating descaling agent (HCL) through the condenser by forced feed method, removing of the end cover of the condenser cleaning of each tube of condenser throughly by the brushing, refixing back the end cover of the condenser by removing of the rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washers cleaning of spray nozzles, cooling tower cup, water line.strainer and testing spray nozzle working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the compressor shaft and motor shaft by removing tyre coupling and other connected items and do the necessary alingment work of shaft for avoiding any misalingment with the help of dial Guage of Voltas 5H-120 model compressor from the system reassembling all the parts removing of the compressor, testing of compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Spare parts & consummables will be measured & paid seperately .

M&L for complete cleaning of ducts to create negative pressure in the duct system, by placing the same outside the occupied space by using variety of tools to agitate and loosen the dust, which shall be then drawn into the vaccum unit and contained therein. The cleaning should be done by using robotic video camera for cleaning the hard to reach areas, which are out of reach for most duct cleaning equipments. Access cutting can be made, if required and shall later be refitted with screw and sealant. All floors and furnishing where the work will be carried on shall be covered and complete care shall be taken to avoid any cross- contamination. Upon completition of work, the system shall be sanitized by fogging the ducts to ensure all mold and bacteria spores and foul smell is eradicated and the entire process shall be caried out with Air compressor with bib, pneumatic air whips and power jobs, Rotary brush Drum vaccum wit pipe, Negative Pressure creating machine and 10" hose pipe and Robo camera with control unit. All cleaning agents/ chemicals used shall be in accordance with the regulation and shall be certified for use in the respective system for the AHU ducts of existing system located at various floors in ADMC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for servicing of chilled Water cooled type cooling coil of AHUs of existing capacity including cleaning of complete AHU and cooling coil with necessary chemicals/caustic soda liquid of required quantity, and giving final water wash and refixing the same, cleaning and drying of suction/disharge filters,blower and all accessories including replacement of connected canvas cloth of existing type between AHU and duct all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of 5 to10HP motor, disconnecting the motor from them pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop and performing following works as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (i) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fiber strip/insulating materials. (ii) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fiber strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (iii) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking flow of water and MES NO all as per norms and all as specified and as directed as directed by the engr-in-charge. (iv) Transporting to the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nuts, coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections testing complete alll as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge (v) Repair of Pumpset incl replacement of u/s parts i.e. impeller / bearing etc Note: All the necessary sundry items required to complete the job for repair work is included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.
