Excavation for roadwork in soil by hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location, with all lifts and lead, including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification, including formwork, compating, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation stacking, etc.,complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. (200mm Compacted thickness) Grading-II Material (Close graded).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. (200mm Compacted thickness).

Construction of Dry lean Cement Concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate as per table 600-1 conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing to the required grade, level and alignment, including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., ccomplete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. (100mm Compacted thickness).

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated TMT Fe-500 grade bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including straightening bar, cutting, bending, hooking binding with approved quality binding wire, after placing in position, tying, lapping and/or welding whereever required ( laps, hooks 7 wastages shall not be measured & paid) incluidng cost of all materials, fabrication charges, all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
