Supplying and fixing Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work as in false ceiling all as specified size of grid 605 X 605 mm with aluminium main T section of size 36.5 X 23.5 X 1.6 mm and cross T of size 23.5 X 23.8 X 1.6 mm with aluminium wall angle of size 36.5 X 23.5 X 1.6mm with suspender of GI wire 4 mm dia. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter etc complete all as specified including removing of materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub class locally available bricks, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic based distemper emulsion, two coats, white or any tinted over a coat of primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whitening of any tint/shade incuding washing floors, etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section,unframed work in any position including removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing wire netting of galvanised wire 0.91 mm dia fixed with tinned tack of wire staples and size of mesh 12 mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for plastering 20 mm thick on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level including removing demolished material from work site at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 40 mm thick type B-2 , 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates in floor finishes and top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured (Printed) tiles, 300 mm x 200 mm x 7mm thick, in dado/skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: Any minor addition and alteration shall be made in paneal board if required during execution of work shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to Government and rate quoted shall be deemed inclusive and no extra claim shall be entertained at later stage.
