B/R PORTION

M&L preparation of old surfaces of walls, plastered or un-plastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, removing all vegetation growth and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on old white washed surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

All as per item No.01 above but on Ceiling Surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes, cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, cornices etc and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, rubbing down or stopping distempered or painted surfaces etc of walls plastered or un-plastered & removing all vegetation growth, cleaning and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.
