The use of self propelled machenical paver filled with electronic sensot device conforming to MORTH specification in Mandatory.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated ready mixed cement concrete (R.M.C.) of grade M-40 with cement content not less then 420 kg / Cum imparting minium compressive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days. For laying on road including the cost of steel from work of steel cost of admixture in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability and including pumping concrete with pumps if required. The Ready Mix Concrete is to be procured from plants of A.C.C. / L & T BIRLA ir as avoided by Engineer in charge at Delhi or Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with the surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including cost of safe in arrangement and chowkidar etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying of Granular Sub Base Grade-III complete in all respect. (GSB-III).

Providing and laying of 50mm thick compacted bituminous macadam with approved quality of bitumen grade VG-30(60/70) with bitumen contents 3.30% to 3.50% of total weight of mix prepared by latest MORTH specifications with computerized hot mix plant and laying at site of work for all leads with mechanical paver and rolling with road roller given density as job mix formula complete in all respects as per specifications of the center satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including cost of bitumen.

Extra for making rough surface of the concrete pavement of providing non slippery surface by mechanical cutter for safe playing of vehicles as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Sewer line 600 mm dia RCC NP-3 from Ashok Vihar to Existing GMDA Sewer line under MCG.

Providing and laying in position seperation membrane of 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet of make IPCL Shivalik or equivalent make in transparent white color over the surface of D.L.C. complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tack coat on existing black surface with 50 Kg Bitumen 100 Sqm with VG-10.
