Excavation in foundations, trenches etc in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited, slushy daldal or saturated soil with in all leads and lifts, stacking the execvated soil not more than 3 mtr and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc, consolidating earth deposited layher by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directd by the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand : 6 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 sand : 3 graded stone agg.20mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls (any thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts .

b) Vertical walls(any thickness) attached pillesters, buttresses plinth and string.courses etc. form top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Providing and Laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden batens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to celing not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

a) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all lead and lifts.

(b) In flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the likes floors etc upto 200mm thickness within all leads and lifts.

Prov.in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor1:3(1cement :3 sand )

P/F cast iron manhole cover 500mm dia (MD) with frame weight not less than 116 Kg. (weight of frame 58 Kg and cover 58 Kg) within all leads and lifts.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand : 8 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

1.80 mtr. high fencing with 2.50 mtr. angle iron posts of size 50x50x5 mm (min.) 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with a horizontal 1.80 mtr. high fencing with 2.50 mtr. M.S. angle iron post of size 50x50x5 mm (Min.) 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with 9No horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (I.S:278-1962 Type1) weighing 9.38 Kg. per 100 mtr. (minimum) strained and fixed to posts with 61 stples including with painting of M.S. angle iron complete embedded in CC 1:3:6. (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing angle iron gate including locking arrangement(the weight of gate not less than 90 kg) double leaf complete in all respect. (Size 1.80x1.20 mtrs.) with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work i/c cutting, Hoisting, Fixing in position complete in grating framed guards and ladders etc.

Laying and jointing in treches GMS tube (MG) tube fittings complete (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separatily) within all leads and lifts
