Supply of Crash Rated single leaf side opening MS sliding gate (electrically operated remote controlled Automatic sliding Gate) of following min size encased in square MS section 100mmx100mmx3mm thick for top & bottom horizontal and vertical profile, Bottom profile horizontal and vertical MS pipes to be covered with 2mm MS plate from outer side to protect the inside vision with a small opening of size 2Mtr x 1Mtr (HxW) for manual operation for pedestrians. M.S. Supporting Stoppers size minimum 2600x870x630mm (HxLxW) in square MS section 100mmx100mmx 3mm thick covered with 2mm MS plate, C channel & 20mm round polished bar bottom rail , Galvanized wheels 120 mm dia ball bearing and axle with lubrication point bottom roller and nylon roller mounted on both side of column providing lateral support & smooth movement to the gate leaf, safety strike with MS post made of 100x100x3mm profile section galvanized limit stop on both side complete with powder coated and provision of 300mm concertina coil / Killer on top of the full length of gate suitable for 415v, 50Hz AC supply system, complete with control panel, safety sensor and flash light, cable of suitable size according to load identified from nearest DB to control panel (approx. 30 mtr) and all accessories etc. as per site requirement. It should be physically crash tested Sliding Gate through TRL/MIRA/KARCO/CTS under std of ASTM/DOS/PAS 68/IWA 14:2013 criteria with 0 mtr penetration having the strength to withstand the front impact of minimum 6.8 Ton (or more) vehicle travelling at the speed of 48 kmph with 0 mtr penetration Gate opening size 6.0mtr(Width)x2.4mtr (Height)

Installation testing commissioning of automatic sliding gate of item-01 complete with all accessories including laying of cables, interconnections, civil foundation work, cutting the roads fixing the channel, concrete work etc. complete as per site requirement

Dismantling of existing manually operated MS Gate of 4.8 m(width) x 2.1 m(height) including stacking the dismantled gate in AAI stores & demolishing of existing Concrete column/Pillar along with wall for opening of gate and covering of Gate structure opening outside security post by MS sheet or MS Grill including various civil works without damaging other structure with proper cleaning of all the debris from site after work all as per site requirement.

SH-II(ACMC work) Annual Comprehensive Maintenance and servicing Contract of electrically operated remote controlled Automatic sliding Gate of item no-01 including replacement/repairing of defective electrical and mechanical components of gate, like motor, control panel, safety sensor and flash light cable and all accessories etc. The work involves Bi-monthly visit and as and when required by service engineer for gate , carrying out preventive and scheduled maintenance as per OEM,s recommendation.
