Wood Work
7.1. Providing and fixing 40 x 3 mm flat iron hold fasts 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15 cm in 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 hard stone chips 40 mm nominal size).
7.2. Providing approved best available local wood (Class - B II) work in frames of doors, windows clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position.
7.3. Supplying and fixing factory made panelled shutters made out of best available hard wood for doors including panelling with panels 12mm thick commercial veneered teak wood particle boards (Phenyle Bonded) 3 layers flat pressed including applying one coat of approved wood primer. 40mm thick including anodized aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws.
7.4. Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws.(Plain Grill)

Flooring
Chequered terrazzo tiles 22 mm thick with marble chips of sizes upto 6mm in floors on 25 mm thick bed mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete: Medium shade using approximately 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.
Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laidon 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 1000x1000 mm
Kota stone slab 20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12mm (avg) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shape of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.
Steel Work
10.1 Steel work riveted or bolted in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolt complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in0charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be consider excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
Roffing Work
11.1. Providing and fixing Durashine zinc-Aluminium alloy coated (TATA Bluescope building product) sheet roofing fixed with necessary fasteners and lapping method as described by the manufacturer inclusive of cutting hoisting and fixing complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.
11.2. Providing and fixing Durashine zinc-Aluminium alloy coated (TATA Bluescope building product) sheet ridges fixed with necessary fasteners and lapping method as described by the manufacturer inclusive of cutting hoisting and fixing complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.

Finishing Work

Neat Cement Punning
Providing two coats of acrilic water based wall putty / wall filler of Asian paints / Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ Cement plaster/ bricks walls and ceiling both internal and external after removing all thee loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with the halp of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.
Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufactured on wall surface.
Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work complete.
Varnishing (two or more coats) with superior quality spar varnish of approved brand and manufacture brand and manufacture on new work including an under coat of flatting varnish with glue sizing.
Miscellenious Work
Making plinth protection with 2nd class bricks on edge in cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) over 7.50 cm bed of dry bricks aggregate 40 mm nominal size rammed consolidated and grouted with fine sand and the top of bricks pointed with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand).
Drainage Work
Construction of cement concrete drain 30 cm wide and 23 cm deep in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 hard graded stone chips/shingle 40 mm and down gauge) 8 cm thick on sides and bottom and plastering on all exposed surfaces with 12 mm thick cement mortar1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including shuttering complete.
Construction of soak pit 1.2 x 1.1 x 1.2 m filled with brick bats including SW drain pipe 100 mm dia and 1.20 m long complete as per standard design.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squating pan (Indian type WC pan) size 580 mm with 100 mm and sand cast iron P or S trap, 12.5 Litre high level CI flushing cistern (of approved make) with fittings RS or CI brackets, 32 mm dia galvanized steel telescopic flush pipe with fittings and clamps 20 mm GI over flow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design and GI chain and pull complete including painting of cistern and fittings, cutting and making good the walls and floors where required. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitins with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up to gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. PVC & uPVC Works
Door/ Window/ Ventilator frames:- Providing and fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded section of size 75mm X 53mm, having wall thickness 2.0mm (±0.2mm). Both vertical sides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of crossection size 28mm X 30mm X 2mm thickness (±0.2mm) and 75mm X 200mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVS profile. PVC door frame and PVC reinforcement profile to be metered cut, jointed and fusion welded together, including providing and fixing 3 nos. of 125mm long stainless steel hinges to frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required nos and sizes of anchor dashes fastener all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.
Entry / Exit Door Shutter:- Providing and fixing 37mm thick factory made PVC door shutter, styles and rails made of PVC hollow extruded printed and leminated section having overall dimention 115mm X 37mm with wall thickness 2mm (±0.2mm) with inbuilt beading on one side, the style and rails mitred cut and joint at corners by inserting 2 nos PVC profile reinforcement of size 75mm X 200mm long with cross section size of 28mm X 30mm having wall thickness 2mm (±0.2mm).
