M&L for Preparation of New/old painted surfaces of wood/wood based materials exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed and specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe, tank cover etc including taking down existing tank complete all as directed and specified.

S & F in repair, Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed and specified.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall finished even and fair mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated all as specified and as directed. Note:-WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 including demolition & removing dubrish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panels n exc 3 mtr long and joints shall be filled with the mixture of bitumen and sand in (1:3) by weight, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base floor complete all as specified.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in fdn including watering and consolidation as in bedding layers for laying tiles.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, approved colour and design laid over 50mm thick sand cushion and filling of joints with Narmada fine sand complete all speciified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiling of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments in floors and over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes.

Material & labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to matchwith shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Material and labour roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust incl. brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour light shed vitrified Ceramic tiles 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32.00 but in skirting, vertical surface dadoes and riser etcover and including 10mm thick rendring in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair light coloured vitreous china counter top oval shape wash basin white available shape as approved of 550mmx400mm (minimun) on new pre-painted brackets excluding taps but including 32 mm bore waste fittings, brass, chromium plated etc complete all as specified .

S&F vitreous china squatting pan “ORISSA” pattern size 580mm X 440mm, white with P or S trap front or back inlet with integral foot rest (excl flushing cistern & flush pipe) & including connection to trap & to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe etc complete including making good to floor complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for sunken floor treatment as follows:-

Demolition of cement concrete in sunken floors incl. removing dubrish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction to fill all hole and crack complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water tightness testing should be done after 24 hours

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:3) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for plastering on vertical sides and top surface of CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 2 coats of Dr. Fixit krystalline waterproofing coating compound shall be applied after laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position.

Material and labour for filling the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using bk aggregate over the treated surface.

Material and labour spouts of 50mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer wall with PVC mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water , if any.

Note : Water tightness testing should be done after applying Dr Fixit epoxy compound, by pounding water for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect. Dubrish to be removed outside MD land.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) on concrete roof surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair including taking down existing plaster and APP membrane all as specified and directed.Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
