Providing and laying Glazed Vitrified floor tiles of size 2.4m X 1.2m of make Kajaria (Eternity Series) or equivalent with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. (Basic Tile Rate considered is ₹100 per sq.ft excluding GST. Cost adjustment shall be done in case of any variation in the cost of the tile actually approved by EIC and used in the work.)

Providing and laying thick Glazed Vitrified Wall tiles of size 2.4m X 1.2m of make Kajaria (Eternity Series) or equivalent, with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in dado, skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Providing and fixing of U-shaped aluminium shadow/ hat profiles (3m Length, 12mm wide, 20mm height) at the junctions of gypsum ceiling and wall surfaces or at ceiling bends, to create a neat and recessed shadow gap, enhancing the overall aesthetic and articulation of the ceiling design. The shadow profile shall be extruded aluminium of approved make and quality, and as specified in the drawings. The surface finish shall be mill finish, anodized, or powder-coated in black or grey. The profile shall be fixed at the wall-to-ceiling edge or along designed bends during the ceiling execution, using concealed screws or fasteners through the ceiling framework, ensuring a firm and flush fit. The ceiling shall be finished up to the edge of the profile from the ceiling side, maintaining a clean and consistent shadow line throughout the length, as per directions of EIC

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hallock wood

Providing and fixing in wall lining 18mm thick Moisture Resistant (MR) Grade plyboard, including priming coat on unexposed arrangement and screws, nails, bolts, rawl plugs etc. ensuring plumb and levelled finish. The plyboard shall be of Gurjan face of approved make, free from delamination, warping, or visible defects. Plywood shall be glue-line bonded, termite-resistant, and of reputed ISI-certified brand all complete as per directions and satisfaction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick natural veneer panelling in Light Oak finish, from approved make such as Decowood, Greenlam, Century Veneers, or Timex, over prepared plywood substrate. Veneer to be fixed using Fevicol SH or equivalent approved synthetic resin adhesive, ensuring proper grain matching and orientation. All exposed surfaces shall be sanded and finished with clear matte open grain PU polish (minimum 3-coat system including sanding sealer), applied in a dust-free environment to retain the natural texture and achieve a uniform, durable finish. Edges shall be neatly aligned and finished, with all joints flush and free from gaps. Item includes cutting, adhesive, finishing, cleaning, and approval of samples, complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of plywood substrate is not included in this item and shall be measured separately. Veneer make and finish sample to be got approved prior to execution by E-I-C.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Solid Surface Material sheet (make: DuPont:Corian / LG HI-MACS / Tristone or equivalent) on vertical wall surfaces. Solid Surface Material sheets shall be of approved shade and finish, factory-calibrated, and thermoformed wherever required to follow the design curvature or wall geometry. Sheets shall be bonded to the substrate using two-part epoxy adhesive (e.g., Fevicol SFS or equivalent), and reinforced with stainless steel screws where necessary. All vertical and horizontal joints shall be seamlessly finished using manufacturer-approved Solid Surface Material jointing adhesive, followed by sanding and buffing to achieve a smooth, monolithic appearance. The scope includes all necessary edge returns, cutouts for electrical points, notches, and provisions for embedded fixtures, complete with edge finishing, chamfering, and polishing as specified. Work to be carried out as per approved architectural drawings and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 20mm Quartz stone slab of make Eternal (Glow series) or Relay or equivalent, finish, and colour, as approved by E-I-C to match the design intent, on internal and external window ledges,kitchen platforms, vanity counters, facias and similar locations of required size including machine cutting to size, edge finishing, and secure fixing. The stone shall be machine-cut with chamfered/polished edges, fixed over a properly leveled and cleaned cementitious base using high-strength stone adhesive (Roff Stonefix, MYK Laticrete, or equivalent), ensuring firm bonding. All joints shall be filled with colour-matched epoxy grout, and edge alignment shall be neat and consistent. For external ledges, the slab shall be laid with a minimum slope of 1:50 away from the wall to ensure proper water drainage. Work shall be executed ensuring seamless finish, accurate dimensions, and clean lines as per detailed architectural drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Quartz to be first-quality grade, free from cracks, pits, or blemishes. Ensure edge profiles (chamfer, half-round, etc.) match across all ledges. Protective covering to be applied post-installation to prevent site damage. Basic Quartz Rate: ₹610/sq.ft. (NOTE: Cost adjustment shall be done as per market rate in case of any variation in the cost of stone actually approved by EIC and used in the work. The agency has to produce GST invoice to establish the actual purchase cost)

Providing and fixing 18–19 mm thick Adhunik Grey Granite Stone at window jambs, sills, lintel levels, facias and similar locations as per approved architectural drawings and specifications. The granite shall be of approved shade, texture, and quality, free from cracks, fissures, or surface defects, and shall be uniformly machine-polished on the exposed surface to achieve a high-quality finish. The sill and lintel pieces shall be fixed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over a leveled bed and anchored securely to the masonry or concrete structure using stainless steel cramps or adhesive as per site requirement. All granite edges shall be machine-cut with a 6mm chamfer or pencil edge finish to ensure neat, safe edges. Joints, if any, shall be narrow and neatly filled with matching epoxy grout or white cement with pigment. Proper care must be taken to ensure plumb vertical alignment for jambs and correct slope for water drainage on sills. All installations must be carried out as per standard masonry practices as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Granite samples to be approved by EIC prior to installation.

Providing, fabricating, and fixing AC grill panel of required size made from 12mm thick BWP grade plywood conforming to IS:303, as per architectural drawing and HVAC requirement. The panel shall be routed with continuous linear slots/openings to allow airflow, using CNC routing or precision cutting to ensure uniformity and alignment. All exposed surfaces shall be finished with spray-applied PU paint in approved shade, including surface preparation with sanding, application of wood filler/putty, one coat of PU sealer, and two coats of pigmented PU topcoat in matte/satin finish. All edges and slot interiors shall be uniformly painted, with edges smoothed and chamfered to avoid sharpness. The grill shall be fixed flush to wall or ceiling surface using concealed cleats or SS brackets, ensuring no visible screws, and the junctions with adjoining surfaces shall be filled and finished for a seamless look. All ply surfaces, including concealed areas, shall be sealed with PU primer to prevent warping or moisture ingress, and the entire assembly shall be completed as per drawing and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing solid hardwood door, single shutter with frame, fabricated from seasoned and chemically treated hardwood (such as ash/ maple) with a door shutter thickness of minimum 35 mm. The door shall be factory-made or site-assembled using solid stiles and rails with mortise and tenon joints, and infill panels as per approved design — either solid core, raised panel, or flush style. All visible surfaces shall be machine-finished, sanded smooth, and finished with PU polish or approved natural wood stain in desired tone and sheen. The door shall be mounted on a matching hardwood frame of minimum section 100x75mm (or as specified), fixed in the wall opening using MS holdfasts and PU foam/anchor fasteners. Heavy-duty stainless steel concealed hinges (minimum 3 per shutter), door stopper, and tower bolts — all in satin/matt finish — shall be included. The door assembly shall be aligned properly, tested for smooth operation, and finished to high joinery standards. Rate to include all materials, door frame, shutter, hardware, polishing, fittings, transportation, and installation — complete in all respects as per approved drawing and instructions of the architect/engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Emblem of India (Ashoka Lion Capital), 400mm (W) x 600mm (H)(approx.), fabricated from 20mm thick SS 314 sheet, machine-cut using laser cutting or CNC waterjet technology to match precise contours as per approved Government of India emblem standards. The emblem shall have a depth of 20mm, giving a three-dimensional relief effect, and shall be finished in satin or mirror finish gold/silver/black PVD coating on exposed faces. Edges to be rounded and burr-free, with the surface prepared to be free of visible welds, scratches, or distortions. The emblem shall be fixed on vertical surface (wall/panel) using concealed stainless steel studs and epoxy chemical anchor bolts for a floating effect with 10-20mm offset from surface (as per design intent). Mounting surface preparation to be done to receive emblem, including leveling and cleaning. Installation shall be carried out as per Engineer-in-Charge's instructions, and alignment shall be strictly maintained as per drawings as provided by EIC.

Providing and fixing factory-made 3D logo of MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION, size 1600mm x 400mm (approx.), fabricated from SS 314 grade sheet with 20mm depth, finished in brushed PVD coating (gold/silver/black as per design). The signage shall be precision laser-cut as per approved design, CNC-bent and TIG welded to form uniform edges. All surfaces shall be buffed and polished to achieve uniform finish with no visible weld marks. The signage shall be securely fixed on the wall/facade using concealed SS stud anchors and epoxy gel or bracket supports as per structural requirement, ensuring plumb, alignment, and firm bonding. All materials, adhesives, fasteners, tools, scaffolding, and finishing (including edge treatment and anti-corrosive protection) are included in the scope. Work to be executed as per approved sample and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Placing in Position Custom made concealed type cabinet/ filing unit of 300mm depth and size all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. : a) The carcase and shelves shall be made with 18 mm thick commercial ply and back with 8 mm thick commercial plywood. The shelves are to be provided at an approximate gap of 300 to 400 mm as per direction of EIC. The edges of commercial plywood shall be covered with PVC Edge Tape. b) All outer surface (except back side) shall be finished with 4 mm thick oak veneer with 03 coats of PU polish and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. c) All inner surfaces and shelves shall be finished with 0.65 mm thick liner laminate in suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. d) Shutters shall be made with 19 mm thick commercial board and to be fixed with 2 / 3 nos. SS soft closing concealed hinges, concealed groove handle, tower bolt. f) The shelves should be supported with two numbers SS shelf pin on each side. (Note: The item includes cost of all material, labour and fixing charges as per the site requirements. For payment purpose Front area to be measured.)

Providing and fixing custom made TV drawer unit of approximate size 2900mm (width) × 250mm (height) × 375mm (depth) consisting of 4 equal drawers, made with 18mm thick MR-grade plywood (IS:303) for carcass, drawer sides, bottoms and back. Drawer fronts and all visible surfaces to be fixed with 4mm thick natural oak veneer (approved shade) having minimum 3 coats of PU polish to achieve desired shade. All exposed edges to be finished with matching veneer edge band or lipping. Each drawer to be mounted on telescopic/soft-close drawer channels and includes concealed groove handle or minimal hardware as per design. The item includes all required accessories, adhesives, SS screws, complete fitting, and finishing in all respects as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For the purpose of payment, front area shall be measured.

Providing and fixing custom made conference table of approx. size 6200mm (L) x 1600mm (W) x 750mm (H) made using 18mm thick MR plyboard pasted over MS framed structure of required strength, dimension & size with top (i/c edges) finished in 12mm thick Solid surface material (LG Himacs Aurora Cotton or equivalent) having oak veneer at the centre panel of approx. size 5000mm x 400mm, base finished in oak veneer, complete in all respects as per approved design and drawing. The veneer shall be finished with 3 coats of PU polish to achieve desired shade. The bottom portion of the table shall have space to conceal wiring arrangements as per approved design. For the purpose of payment, plan area of the table top shall be measured.
