A) Taking down carefully unserviceable parts of various items of furniture listed here-in-before without disturbing the adjoining parts and supply and fixing new components in lieu of dismantled components made out of Indian teak wood seasoned (first class hard wood)as per drawing/ model unless specified below completely including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, the wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used.
