Planning, Designing and construction of Precast RCC perimeter wall and associated security infrastructure which includes the following structures: (i) Guard Room with toilet - 01 No (ii) LLDPE Septic tank - 01 No (iii) Soakage Well size 1.2m x 3m - 01 No (iv) Perimeter wall of 6.67Km length (Approx) at Bengaluru including preparation of Detailed Engineering for development of Architectural, Construction and Structural drawings etc structure analysis & Design planning, Design and execution of services i.e Topography survey, Hydrographic Survey, Soil investigation, Site Clearance and development, Road, Culvert, Sewage Disposal, Security wall, Fencing and gate, External Electric Supply and DG Set complete all as per approved drawing and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The work shall be executed as per Design basis report, Specification mentioned in tender and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Besides any other work / services / utility which is not included above but essential for the completion of project, the same shall be deemed to be included in the Lumpsum price worked out by the Contractor. Obtaining all statutory clearances and certifications are also included in the scope of work.
