Water Sprinkling over different road surfaces inside Harbour area for the year 2026-27(Zone-III).

Sprinkling of water inside harbour area of the port by deploying 10 KL and above capacity mechanically operated water tanker having provision of suitable hose pipe, nozzle system, 4" dia slotted pipe sprinkler having firmly fixed at rear end of the tanker to sprinkle water over the designated area from 0600 hrs to 1800 hours round the year as per requirement for a period of 1 year including deployment of water tankers, drivers, cleaners/helper, fuel, lubricants, cost of pump set, operation and maintenance , all taxes, cess etc., T & P port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST which can be claimed by the firm along with their invoice as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. N.B.(1) Water will be provided from different water vats/sources located inside/outside the port area with free of cost. The agency will make approach to the Vat/Water source for loading of water at his own cost. During scarcity of water; Department may instruct the agency to operate at two different sources of water located. The watch & ward of pumps & other installations at water sources shal be the responsibility of the Contractor. (2) The contractor has to provide minimum 3(Three) water tankers of 10KL (10,000 Litre) capacity or more should bein a positioin to deploy 4th water tanker in a short notice to meet additional requirement dring emergency, if any. (3) The agency should install Global Positioning System (GPS) in the vehicle and hose pipe nozzle system to Sprinkler. (4) Water tanker must have approved fitness, Regd. Certificate, Insurance, Driving license for the driver and must be in good working condition.
