Sub head -I (M/s Stulz precision units 7TR 12Nos 10th floor & 9th floors) Complete gas charging for 7.0TR package AC units with R407C refrigerent, including nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing with halide torch, arresting leakages, vaccumisation etc as rquired.

Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the exisiting 7TR precision type package AC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. (M/s Stulz) (a) C 7000 Return Air Sensor.

(b) C 7000 Return Air Sensor.

(c) Outdoor fan blades along with motor.

Providing gas topping up for package AC units with R-407C refrigerent etc as required.

General servicing of the package units, removing the filters, cleaning of the external filters, jet cleaning of the evoprator coil, cleaning of the out door condenser unit with water jet, checking of all the control circuit, checking of the opertion buttons, display, indication bulbs in the indoor unit etc., as required.

Sub head -II (M/s Uniflair precision units 7TR 6Nos NGN) General servicing of the package units, removing the filters, cleaning of the external filters, jet cleaning of the evoprator coil, cleaning of the out door condenser unit with water jet, checking of all the control circuit, checking of the opertion buttons, display, indication bulbs in the indoor unit etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the exisiting 7TR PAC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. (a) Gas topup in the circuit with R22 refrigerant.

Sub head - III (Split Type AC units) Providing repairs to 1.5TR Split type AC Units by replacement of the following components: (a) Complete Gas charging for 1.5 TR window / Split AC units/ single circuit of 1.5 TR split AC with R-22 refrigerant gas i/c Nitrogen pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation etc., as required.

(b) Complete Gas charging for 1.5 TR Inverter type Split AC units with R410 refrigerant gas i/c Nitrogen pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation etc., as required.

S/F of the following accessories for the 1.5/3.0 TR AC units including removing of faulty items, refixing, testing etc., as required. (i) 36/50 Mfd Metal body Running capacitors suitable to run on 240V 1-Ph, 50Hz AC supply.

(ii) Rewinding of fan motors (1.5TR window AC fan motor/ fan motor of indoor/outdoor unit in 1.5TR split AC unit)

(iii) Split AC unit Blower Bush

(iv) Split AC indoor unit Blower

(v) Non-Inverter type 1.5TR AC unit PCB repair

(vi) S/F of New In door fan motor suitable for 1.5TR split LG/Hitachi AC units

(vii) S/F of New condenser fan motor suitable for 1.5TR split LG/Hitachi AC units

(viii) S/F of New ID fan motor 5 star suitable for 1.5Tr split LG/Hitachi AC units

(ix) Condenser unit fan blade

General Servicing of 1.5TR Split i.e., Evaporator Coil Servicing, Condenser Coil servicing with Blower & Water and Checking of all Electrical Connections, Refrigerant Pipe Connections testing and Making good etc., as required.
