Material and labour for Prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 m on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto 150 m away each span not exceeding 45 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for attending day to day complaints for repairing to HT/LT OH lines, UG line, in Panels boards, Sub Stns, or external electrical complaints in Bldgs in OTM or Md accn at different placesagainst any no light complaints by means of taking out UG cable/OH cables from pole, in any situation or disconnect from panel board, proper dressing, replacement of cable lugs of appropriate size and refixing the same in porperly or refreshing connection of ACSR jumpers, testing including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, making surface good complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Contractor details 02 Electrician daily to attend complaints from receieved from MES complaint cell daily.(ii) Complaint slip duly signed by users be submitted daily after attending complaints in MES.(iii) All expandable stores required for job such as insulation tape, nuts & bolts of minor nature are deemed to be included in quoted rates.(iv) Electrician deployed in the job having suffecient knowledge for working in Electrical work and also having minimum 04 years experiance for doing the same job.(v) All T&P required to complete the job are included in the qoted rates .(v) Nesessary other stores required for the above job be issued from the department or to be measured under relevant items of the BOQ. (vi) Requirement of Shut down of electrical line be informed by contractor to MRS and work to be completed in time frame other wise penetly clause be imposed.(vii) Non attend of complaint with in 24 hrs or wwork to be completed in time frame as per job other wise penetly clause be imposed i.e minimum 500/- per day per complaints.
