Disconnecting from system, strip opening of refrigerant compressors of 30 TR capacity completely and checking of various components with precision instruments to assess the requirements of repair/replacement, making inventories of repairs required complete and re-assembling the dismantled Compressor with re-fixing the serviceable parts in position after proper cleaning and lubricating etc, replacement of the unserviceable/defective parts with new parts as required at site, connecting the compressor and making perfectly leak proof after cleaning the oil sump, oil pump connecting rod, piston, liner etc and filling of compressor oil, charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing the compressor on full load including painting the compressor with applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint after preparation of the surfaces and writing MES Nos & other details in the pattern and style as approved complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for following make & model of compressors :-(a) Model 050405 of Make VOLTAS.

Note :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in this item. (ii) Repair of crank shaft/connecting rod etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule `A'. However, the cost of taking out and re-fixing of the shaft / rod in position after necessary repairs is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above items.

M&L to assess the reasonableness of crank-shaft measurements 0.25mm, 0.50mm, 0.75 and 1.00 mm and then undertaking repair by cutting and grinding the shaft to make it equivalent to manufacturer’s standard size, shaft smoothening/ fine finishing to match with half section big end bearings, cleaning oil parts for proper lubrication for following make & model of compressors :- Note : ,The cost of taking out and re-fixing of the shaft / rod in position after necessary repairs is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for respective Schedule `A' item No 01 (a) Model 050405 of make VOLTAS.

Disconnecting & dismantling of existing unserviceable cooling tower, FRP type, 60 TR Capacity , of any description & in ` any position complete including dismantling all old connected parts/items like motor, FRP casing FRP Basin PVC filing, MS/GI Pipe line, sluice valve, stop valve, steel structure frame etc, servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the cooling towers and connected parts/items fixed in position for connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / non-functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under this item. (ii) The rates for above item are deemed to include replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/ nuts/bots /washers/ packing etc.

Supply only PVC netting heavy duty for cooling tower as per sample approved by GE.

Taking down existing unserviceable corroded/rusted pot strainer from outlet pipe line of cooling tower and supplying and fixing new pot strainer along with filter mesh including welding of 02 Nos MS flange on both ends, nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc .complete of 50 mm size all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only PVC filling blocks of size 600mmx300mmx150mm suitable for cooling tower of Make: - MIHIR/SUVIDHA/ AVIRAT

Dismantling and taking down existing micro filters of sizes 5 to 10 micron from AHU duct plenum for checking the serviceability of filter element, servicing and cleaning of filter elements, replacement of existing unserviceable filters and fixing the serviceable filters in position including preparation of the surfaces of MS cover of filters and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable filter elements in position and replacement of unserviceable filters with new filters. The new replaced filters shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ “as `supply only”

Supply only the following filters suitable for Air handling units of air conditioning plants all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Make : Tenacity Filters Pvt Ltd. / Ravi Industries or equivalent make as approved by the GE) Note (i) Cost element of removing unserviceable filters fixing and testing of the new filters is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor under respective Sch ‘A’ (ii) Contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantities of these items/non execution of any of the above items and contractor shall be paid for at as quoted rates only for the parts actually replaced. Dismantling , taking down existing worn out and rusted unserviceable duct including its insulation, supports etc complete.

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up/down AC electric motors of any description and in any position from existing foundation of compressor/blowers/pumps/ cooling tower strip opening and dismantling of motor for servicing /overhauling, cleaning oiling/greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling motors, ensuring proper alignment of the motor with existing compressor / pumps/blower/cooling tower, fixing in position connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities covered vide item 1.10 to 2.10:- (a) 0.50 HP to 1.5 HP single phase 50 Hz

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up/down pump set and monoblock pump sets of AC plant of any description and in any position from existing foundation, strip opening and dismantling of Pumps for servicing/overhauling, cleaning oiling/ greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the pumps ensuring proper alignment of pump, fixing in position connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities :- (a) 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP single phase 50 Hz

(v) Re-metaling to pump shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to match with GM Bushes / Neck ring shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch`A’

Disconnecting and taking down existing unserviceable condenser & supply and fixing new condenser, 10 mfd, 400 volt grade suitable for single phase motor complete all as specified and directed.

Re-metaling and re-fabrication of bearing housing side cover to suitable shape & size, both side and taking out broken/rusted alen key bolt by drilling and gas cutting including S&F new (Set of 4) Alen key bolt as per existing size complete all as specified and directed for following capacity of motor :- (a) 5/7.5 HP, 3 Phase (any make)

Servicing/maintenance of split type air conditioner of 1 to 2 ton cap any make any size which includes the following :- “(i)Unscrewing the front cover of internal unit at its location and cleaning of filter/servicing/cleaning the entire unit with electric blower and cleaning with colin or equivalent agent including testing and refixing complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in Charge. ” Note :- (i) Spare parts any reqd shall be measuread and paid separetely as supply only . (ii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging , leak testing etc (iii) All the serviced AC units shall be handed over on daily basis through proper documentation . (Iv) Penal charges @ Rs 500 per unit per day shall be charged for not following the schedule. (v) Thorough care / protection of PCB plate shall be taken to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning or otherwise same will be repaired/replaced by contractor at his own cost . (vi) Sealing of unit with thermocol/ packing material shall be part of the job at no extra cost . (vii) Each service shall be measured and paid separetly as each job

Servicing/maintenance of window type Air conditioner of 1 to 2 ton cap any make any size which includes the following :- (i) Taking out the entire unit from the existing location wherever installed after unscrewing front cover, packing material, ply or any type of front cover whatever it may be. (ii) Servicing/cleaning the entire unit with elect blower and cleaning with Collin or equivalent agent. (iii) Testing and refixing complete all as directed Note :- (i) Spare parts any reqd shall be measuread and paid separetely as supply only . (ii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging , leak testing etc (iii) All the serviced AC units shall be handed over on daily basis through proper documentation . (Iv) Penal charges @ Rs 500 per unit per day shall be charged for not following the schedule. (v) Thorough care / protection of PCB plate shall be taken to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning or otherwise same will be repaired/replaced by contractor at his own cost . (vi) Sealing of unit with thermocol/ packing material shall be part of the job at no extra cost . (vii) Each service shall be measured and paid separetly as each job

Attending the daily complaints which includes checking electric circuit, tightning of loose electric connection including internal circuit of the AC, Refrigerator/ Deep Freezer and ensure the functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (i) The complaint shall be handed over to contractor during working hours and same shall be attended on the same day (ii) The deployed tradesman shall have technical qualification in the field and necessary documentary proof shall be produced by the contractor (iii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging , leak testing, etc (iv) For non adherance of complaints with in 24 Hrs penal charges @ Rs 500 per complaint per day shall be charged.
