M&L for serviceing and repairing of 630 KVA Oil Cooled Servo Voltage Stabilizer/ Volatge regulator/Dimmerstat by disconnecting of all incomming and out going cable, opening of top cover carefully, cleaning of motor, service connection, gear pininon and replacement of minor spares such as fuse, diode, carbon brushs, holder, internal electrical wiring and electronic accessories and insulated properly by varnishing, greasing, CRC spraying, electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil, making electrical connection by replacing the consumable spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals complete, etc. including testing of servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Tools and plant required such as chain pulley, lifting material, etc. are to be arranged by contractor and rate is deemed to be inclusive with quoted. (ii) Supply of spares as required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F as in repairs transformer coil (per phase) for 160 KVA to 250 KVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer/Volatge regulator/Dimmerstat by lifting the old unserviceable winding coil and fixing of new coil complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F as in repairs transformer coil (per phase) for 80 KVA to 150 KVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer/Volatge regulator/Dimmerstat by lifting the old unserviceable winding coil and fixing of new coil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of transformer of 100 KVA to 630 KVA, 11000/433 volts, indoor/outdoor type, disconnecting all Internal connections of HT/LT side for periodical maintenance such as replacement of rusted gasket set, burnt spindle, broken/unserviceable HV/LV ceramic bushing, broken arc horn, surge arrestor, replacement of silica gel, etc. and then asembling them to original position and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Replacement of spare parts as gasket, spindle, bushing, silica gel and oil shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only breather assembly filled with silica gel as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nut, washers, etc. of appropriate dia as ordered and as approved suitable for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 630 KVA, 11000/433 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on LT side threaded complete with nut, washers, etc. of appropriate dia as ordered and as approved suitable for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 315 KVA, 11000/433 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 15 here-in-before but suitable for transformer 350 KVA to 630 KVA 11000/433 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ceramic bushing and gasket on LT side of transformer 100 KVA to 630KVA 11000/433 volt complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Mysore Potteries/BHEL or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply only ceramic bushing and gasket on HT side of transformer 100 KVA to 630 KVA, 11000/433 volt complete all as specified and as directed. Make : MYSORE POTTERIES/BHEL or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply only gasket (Cock sheet), 6mm thick with conical rubber bush complete as approved and suitable for transformer 100 KVA to 630 KVA, 11000/433 volt including taking down/out unserviceable gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in replacement silica gel grains in breather assembally of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration and filtration of existing transformer/ servo voltage stabilizer/Isolation transformer of any capacity on site at different locations without disturbing the power supply system with filtration machine and heating system in order to achieve Di-electric strength of oil 50 KV to 60 KV minimum at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling up of transformer oil conforming to appropriate IS as in topping up/replacement up to desired level of transformer/servo voltage stabilizer of various capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 50 KV at 2.5mm gap.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing on walls/poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for XLPE insulated cable, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sq.mm, 4 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipe/on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of the saddle and clamps for fixing of cable on wall shall be deemed to be inclisive with the quoted rate. in this rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth and not exceeding 1.5m width for laying under ground cable in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of PVC cable with screen wash river sand and punning to proper required cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sub-class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable, laid in trenches over sand cushion for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying only old serviceable bricks, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushioning for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA (adjustable thermal magnetic release setting) including taking down old unserviceable items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm as earth electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip of size 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 in SSR Part-I, connected to earting test point including necessary excavation & earth work, PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) with 50mm thick RCC cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), having suitable handle (10mm MS bar/rod) 20mm dia GI pipe, medium grade watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe, medium grade for protection of earth lead conductor and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 Sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 Sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken boulders aggregate for loose filling near around electric switch yard/electric equipment of gauge 40mm to 80mm graded, leveling the surface if required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cubical housing cabinet type LT panel board Out Door type, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 14 SWG (3.15mm) thick CRCA MS sheet of overall and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work, having front and rear hinged doors, GI earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and apply powder coated paint (RAL-7032). The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and including necessary foundation work as per manufacture's instruction/IS Code of practice complete all as specified and as directed comprising with the followings:-
