Supply and installation of Accoustic Enclosed diesel engine driven generating set in incl minimum OF 248 BHP / 1500 RPM water cooled multi cylinder and coupled with 160 KVA /126 KW 415 Volt 0.8 P.F ( Lag ) 50 Hz AC alternator, mounted on a common base frame with Safeties(LLOP &HWT) along with all std accessories i.e. fuel tank,floor mounted standard electric control panel, Battery(Charged) inclusive of one set of Anti Vibrration Pads(AVM) with leads exhaust silencer as per std scope of supply , AMF Control panel type 415 Volts 3 phae 4 wire complete relay panel for noise free compartement (acoustic enclosure ) housing all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including following accessories for 160 KVA DG Set:-

Diesel Engine - The engine shall be vertical multi cylinder four stroke 1500 RPM water cooled with water pump assembly battery charging alternator of suitable instrument panel, in built governor starting battery heavy duty with leads (as recommended by the manufacturer) suitable size and length of exhaust pipe with necessary cladding materials,exhaust coupling inside acoustic enclosure / canopy,silencer and exhaust pipe above canopy all as specified by OEM and all other standard fittnig fixtures all as per OEM specification complete as per ISO 8528, BS 5514 / ISO 3046 & suitable BHP for the generator,(BHP not less than 299 BHP) all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

AC Alternator : The AC alternator (Generator) shall be designed for an out put of 160 KVA / 126 KW,50 HZ at full load for continuous rating & 10 % for over load for one hour at 0.8 ( lag ) PF confirming to BS - 5000 part 99/IS 4722 including self excited and self regulating screen protected ,standard panel with all accessories cable terminal box suitable size of glands earth terminal etc. complete all as per OEM specifications all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Fuel (Services) Tank :- The fuel tank shall be built in type of capacity to run minimun as 12 hours on full load and shall include fuel level indicator fuel piping internally with necessary piping as recommended by the manufacturer from tank to engine and for over flow etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The tools as per the manufacturer's list shall be provided by the contractor alongwith the set at no extra cost.

Unit rate quoted shall deemed include the Control cable of suitable rating / capacity from DG set to AMF panel, Diesel lub oil, Coolant for Radiator etc for smooth functioning of DG Set during PH I & PH I I complete testing and initial full tank filling of Diesel Oil after PH I & PH I I testing,topping ofDiesel, Lub oil,Coolant for Radiator etc required for commissioning and testing of DG set .

Inverter 50 W capacity Suitable for LED bulbs with all accessories with necessary connections and wiring from DG Set Battery.inside the acoustic enclosure .

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioining cross linked polythylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductor 3.5 core nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 150sqmm stranded aluminium conductor ISI marked as per IS 7098(Parrt-I) 1988 including cavle glands, , lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be lain intrenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe lain under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc complette all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing 32mmx6mm complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanised eath lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.complete all as specified and as directed
