Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, sheeting any position and pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description , in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc(AZ-150) coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws with bent to a curve (of any radius as per required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc(AZ-150) coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws with bent to a curve (of any radius as per required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) rolled roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken bricks of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 ( 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with glossy finish of any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade fixed with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick ,watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6mm mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (External surface) fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
