Supply & Fixing of 9 M high mini mast suitable for wind speed 50 M/sec made up of IS 5986/IS 2062 /IS 1239 Or Equiv from Hotdip galvanized iron - IS 4759 with head frame suitable for fixing 4nos solar plate and luminaries carriage suitable to install 4 nos. luminaries in symmetrical arrangement with SS rope and turn buckle softy arrangement. The shaft will be bottom diameter- 320mm, top diameter- 120mm, thickness 4mm, base plate 520mmx520mm and 16mm thickness. The mini mast should have inbuilt junction box for termination of cables, battery box structure for accomodating required 4 nos solar battery and ladder arrangement for maintenance of solar plates, luminaries etc. L type foundation bolt M24X800mm (4 nos) is to be supplied with the mast. as required (Make:Kolkata Poles corporation/ Galpol/Transrail/Utkarsh/ BPP)

Construction of suitable shallow reinforced foundation as per standard design as per the manufacturer with 1:1½:3 cement concrete M-20 gr. for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/ sq. mtr. TMT steel as per IS (0.5% of CC volume) and about said depth along with suitable dimesion that conforms safe bear of high mast with height of 300mm above ground, incl. all material and labour complete in all respect as per direction of E.I.C.This civil foundation work incl. for erection of upto 9 Mtr high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx. Total foundation is 800x800x1500mm with 800x800x900m below GL zone including Earth work in excavation, Single brick flat soiling, shuttering with centering, Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures, Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm size) and Making 15mm thick Plaster complete as per modern engineering practice.

Supply & Installation of Solar Mini mast Lighting system (Fixed type ) with 4 Nos. 45 W DC LED Flood light having initial luminaire 140-150 lumen/Watt output of minimum 6300-6800 LM ( As per LM79 report of NABL Approved Lab ) and IP65 protection ( As per test report) , with lithium ferro phosphate battery operating at 12.8V with solar charge controller having the Bluetooth based System Health Scanner and Programmer for the monitoring higher Battery 60Ah (each) & Solar panel capacity of 600 WP or Higher performance parameters via Android App based mobile application on Mobile phone and Tablet to monitor the health condition & performance. All the components like PV MODULE , Battery , Luminaire & charge controller will be supplied by the same company and 2 years comprehensive warranty against any manufacturing defects (Make Simoco / HPL / Surya.)

Erection, testing & commissioning of 9M length mini mast, solar panel, LED flood light along with 3x1.5 sq mm copper wire with Co's own tools, tackles, crane including labour charge & carrying as per direction of EIC.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for Morrum Soil. [1(b)/G-1]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long With ISI-Medium GI pipe as per GS [ 2(a)/G-1]

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F Solid GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below as per GS

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. [3(a)/G-2]

Supply, fitting & fixing of sign board size (50X40)cm made of marble as per direction of EIC.

Supply of 8 meter long Solar Mini Mast lighting System ( Fixed type/ system ) that comes with Octagonal Mast made from high tensile steel conforming to BSEN 10025 gr. S 355 & Mast shaft shall be given in single sections, Hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS: 875/1987 part 3. Bottom Dia 200 mm , Top Dia 100 mm , thk3 mm, Base Plate Dia 300 x300mm thk 16 mm, 4 Nos. Foundation Bolt J 24 with Ladder Arrangement. [Make: Galpol/Valmont/Transrail/BPP after apvd. as per EIC with chekcing QC which is subject to approve by technical authority]

Supply and Installation of Panel Mounting Arrangement comprising of fixed with degree arrangement mounting base and suitable for inclining as per degree required as per standard and to be having arrangement of direction facing maneuverability with Nut bolts washers and all other accessories to hold the frame as per wind speed requirement. Supply and Installation of Holding arrangement for Battery And for MPPT Charge controller , comprising temperature compensation arrangement and with suitable arrangement from water seepage and supply of Polycarbonate box suitable for housing of 2 No. MPPT Charge controller with temperature compensation feature for Heat Dissipation and arrangement for safety against water seepage.

Supply and Installation of PV moudule along with 4 Nos. 30W DC Food light having Minimum lumen output of minimum 4500 LM on top mount on the mast comprising 400 Wp Solar Panel & 30 Ah x 4 nos LiFePo4 battery with MPPT charging controller Integrated & automatic timer switching system incorporated. (Rest of the Specs as per mentioned brand's TDS & OEM'S to be provided) Design report of Average 25 lux in 20mtr / 20 mtr Grid. Flood light and charge controller should be of the same make . [Make: Simoco/HPL/Surya after apvd. as per EIC with chekcing QC which is subject to approve by technical authority]

Construction of suitable shallow rainforced foundation as per standard design as per the manufacturer with 1:2:3 cement concrete M-20 gr. for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/ sq. mtr. TMT steel as per IS (0.5% of CC volume) and foundation having 1000 mm x 1000mm x 100 mm thick & after base main column (pilar) having 750mm x 750mm x 1200 mm Long about said dimension that conforms safe bear of high mast with around height of 300mm above ground, incl. all material and labor including the cost of one set foundation nuts and bolts of 750mm made out of gr. Steel M24 and installation at site with wiring complete in all respect i.e. entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge. This civil foundation work incl. for erection of up to 8 Mtr octagonal mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx. complete as per modern engineering practice.

Erection of 8 mtr Octagonal Mast over the civil founda- tion bolts with help of Trolley fixed moving crane ( 5 Tonne Capacity) and using other modern engineering practices along with luminaires inatallation to the end top ring bracket by suitable techniques and means incl. necy electrical connection in proper electrical system eg. socketing etc. complete taken 2 job in a day

Earthing Installation - with Pipe Electrode: Earthing with 50 mm (ISI-M) dia GI pipe & 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Soil Excavation for Earthing: Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil.
