M & L Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydrating centrifugal machine incl testing till to achieve Di-electric strength 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : -(i) Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the dept. Test report tobe submitted after completion of Job. (ii) Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses.

Supply and Filling / pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (Latest revision) for transformers installed at various site or in repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of conract.

Repair/ Servicing of transformer of capacity 2 MVA, 33/11 KVA by cleaning all the carbon deposities from the HT/LT bushing ,detecting of leakage of transformer oil, if any and making it leak proof, checking of conservator including replacement of defective parts as under all as specified and directed. Note:- Opening of transformer and reassemble in including quoted rate .

(c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy upto 6 to 8 Hrs on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day.
