Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/cement mud plaster on brick walls etc, incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using exta cement with using WPC @200ml/50 kg by the wt of cement. WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 32 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof padding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment of any and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish not exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above over by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregated) as in padding of roof top finishing even and fair to ascertain the proper slope with using WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for leveling course, the surfaces even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces by scrapping, washing & rubbing down including applying a layer 1 mm wall care (putty) for making the surface even & smooth and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary cleaning splashes of paints from window panes and floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation newly plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of thick wall care putty on walls all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots of any discription, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of the newly plastered wall surfaces and applying a layer 1 mm wall care (putty) for making the surface even & smooth and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of Alkali resistant primer including necessary cleaning splashes of paints from window panes and floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with anti fungal property (Apex Ultima) with camouflage colour code and sigma pattern over a coat of exterior grade primer including complete removal of existing concrete or plastered wall surfaces all as per manufacturer's instruction complete of height upto 10m with all necessary scaffolding and staging as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with anti fungal property (Apex Ultima) with camouflage colour code and Sigma pattern over a coat of exterior grade primer including preparation of new plastered wall surfaces all as per manufacturer's instruction complete of height upto 10m with all necessary scaffolding and staging as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair single pointed air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitabe size and fixing with GI screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of display board for earth pit nos, lacation and periodical test results for lightening arrester earthing, made of MS sheet 4.0 mm thick sheet, rectangular welding on 12 mm dia rod of height from ground level 30 cm including fixing in PCC 1:2:4 with 20 cm X 20 cm X 20 cm (below ground level) grade aggregate foundation. Dimension of board shall be 30 cm X 25 cm.The instruction shall be written black painted board in white letters not less than 2 " size for all type of boards including taking down complete all as specified and dierected . Note : (a) All necessary MS sheet, aluminium screws and PCC works etc are deemed to the rate quoted by the contractor

Supply and fix test point terminal box of size 200 x 100 x 100 mm made out of 2 mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15 mm long hexagonal head screws complete with test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus Bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitabe size and fixing with GI screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to copper strip 20 X 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of brass and as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point,copper earth strip protected with and including GI pipe 40mm bore(dia) for earth lead protection ' light grade', GI pipe 20mm Bore(dia) ' Medium grade' for watering including necessary excavation any type of soil, RCC chamber cover plate, wire mess, funnel, etc including taking down old one complete and testing on completion

Supply and fix GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for manual boring under roads/hard standing by reqd T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for throughing the cable in GI Pipe of n exc 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for bricks sub class ‘B’ brick old size for cable protection laid in flat in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil not exc 50cm & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
