Earth work exception for foundation in all solids and sub-solids to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive shoring, structing and baling out water wherever necessary and filling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the department officers with initial lead and lifts etc. including leaving the sites complete complying with standard specifications etc complete.

Providing Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement Four sandeightaggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge size hard broken including cost conveyance of all materisl to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in postion including labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curring etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 for foundation and basement using new stones including necessary provision for bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications.

Refilling in basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc., complete

Fly Ash Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best Fly Ash Brick of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Collection, supply and filling with well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking them at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including all labour charges for filling etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and erecting in the position of centering for sides and soffits including Necessary supports and strutting upto 3.00 m high for plain surfaces with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90 mm x 60 cm and or suitable size stiffened with welded-mild steel angle of size 2mmx25mmx3 mm for boarding laid over silver oax (country wood) joists of size 10 x cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10 mm to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed the departmental officers.
