Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint With Silicon additives of required shade :New Work (Two or More coats applied @ 1.43 ltr./10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint With Silicon additives of required shade : Old Work (Two or More coats applied @ 1.43 ltr./10 sqm)

Destempering with 1st Quality acrylic distemper having VOC (volatile Organic Compound ) Content less than 50gm/ ltr. Of approved brand and manufacturer, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achive even shade and colour . Two or more coats

Removing dry or Oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scrathes etc . Complete )

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape , raking outjoints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter head : with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand )

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete .
