Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and disposal of rubbish outside MoD land at any distance. Note :- Rates should include steel pipe scaffolding upto G+5 story bldg

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar on brick wall or concrete surfaces, including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar on brick wall or concrete surfaces, including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note:- (i) The plaster should be carried out in two layer first layer should be 15mm finished with brush mark and the second layer of 5mm thick plaster. (ii) After finishing the first layer it should be curing for next 14 days before applying the second layer of plaster and applying second layer of plaster same curing process will be follow as intial one. (iii) Rates should include steel pipe scaffolding upto G+5 story bldg

M&L for 1.0 mm thick wall care putty on wall, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 kg/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of floor guard paint on surface of old paver block and concrete tiles including cleaning with brush and water to prepare of clean surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified.
