Taking up or down GI steel tubing of following sizes with connections from branches/floors/walls including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separetely.

(iii) 25 mm Bore

(iv) 40 mm Bore

(iv) 50 mm Bore

Supply and Fix in replacement of Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised ISI marked with all fitting laid in trench complete with all fitting all as specified of following nominal sizes NOTE:-Excavation & earth work for new location shall be measured & paid separetely.

Galvanized iron pipe "Medium class" of size 15 mm dia.

Galvanized iron pipe "Medium class" of size 20 mm dia.

Galvanized iron pipe "Medium class" of size 25 mm dia.

Galvanized iron pipe "Medium class" of size 40 mm dia.

Galvanized iron pipe "Medium class" of size 50 mm dia.

Taking up or down CI/DI Pipe of 100 mm dia bore including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead tyton joints including burning out lad joints and recovering lead and including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separetely.

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning DI Pipe of 100 mm dia bore as per IS 8329-2000, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- (i) Joints shall be measured & paid separetely. (ii) Excavation & earth work for new location shall be measured & paid separetely.

M&L for DI Fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars,tail pieces,caps and plugs upto 150 mm bore conforming to IS: 9523 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Rubber Gasket joint including jointing material for CI/DI Pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & Fix in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valve non rising spindle heavy duty with iron wheel head, screwed both end for connection GI pipes complete all as specified for the following sizes of pipes (ISI Marked)

Gun metal Gate valve of size 15mm

Gun metal Gate valve of size 20mm

Gun metal Gate valve of size 25mm

Gun metal Gate valve of size 40mm

Gun metal Gate valve of size 50mm

Supply & fixing of Cast iron Non Return valve of 100 mm Bore dia without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends, pressure rating PN 1.0 complete including taking out unserviceable NRV and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of water meter 80 mm bore, Woltman type class-B, flanged ends, with Nuts, Bolts, washers and rubber gaskets fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, including cutting of pipes complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line/Cable, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m depth for foundation & hard standing including PCC work and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing water meter level indicator, electronic type, for Semi underground water sump/reservoir, comprising of five stage magnetic sensor concealed in stainless steel tube of required length & Seven features of alarm on low and high levels with indications to make it fully serviceable/functional by renewal of defective parts after taking down/out as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed. Make :-Finitrac,Sinetrac,SECO.

Supply and fixing high pressure PTMT float valve, with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball of 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

An amount of Rs 96,750.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
