Supplying and applying of Two coat of putty of 3mm thick (Ceiling Putty) over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (water proof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface.

Providing and Applying Acrylic Co Polymer Damp proof course single component specially designed waterproof protective coating that prevents damp patches on walls without any dilution at rate of 0.25kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve total dry film thickness of 170 microns DFT. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification. (Terrace Only)

Painting two coats with plastic Emulsion paint by (ACE) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat including clean removal of dirt, plaster of pairs, putty etc wherever required (SI 358).
