Cleaning of existing of sewage lines of 150mm bore by using suitble device required for removing blockage of line like mud silt and other debris and burruying the debris obtained from the sewage line at a distance exc 100 m and not exc 200m, washing the line by flushing water though pipe line and including taking precautionary and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes upto 1m depth including pumping out liquid sludge / waste materials taking out solid materila from the man hole /chambers burruying the debris obtained from the manhole at a distance exceeding 100m not exc 200m washing MH with fresh water including taking all precutionarly and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no.2 but depth of manholes exc 1.00 mtr but n.exc 2.00 meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for removing blockage of wc indian/Europian type urinal /bath or kitchen trap inclundng clanining of wc pan /floor trap/ nahani tarp and removing blockage of down take pipe up to 1st man hole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up to drain pipe 150mm dia (SGSW,AC,SWR, RCC ) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches soft and loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipe , 110mm bore including packing under & hauching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested including necessary shuttering and suprt to concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC SWR pipe 110mm dia single socketed in any length laid in trenches or floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft and loose soil incl spreading leveling watering wall ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soft and loose soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/ stone/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar/cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Pre -cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks made out of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for man holes/drainage/septic tank cover , set in cement mortar 1:4 incl necessary from work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends, and binding spirally for hooping column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clening and removing of all scals and dirt from the shallow well of any dia and 3m depth including bailing out of water etc with clean water with bleeching powder ( internal surface) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bailing out waste water from septic tank 10 to 25 user upto top of sludge/broken media using sewage pump by manual and taking out of sludge and removing the same to a distance of exc 50m away from the starting point and deposting in the pit not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and coverd by ordinary soil to thickness not less than 30cm from existing ground level including sprinking of bleaching power over the area of trenches and septic tank and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as item no. 20 above but 25 to 100 user septic tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of pvc water storage tank of capicity exc 250 lit not exc 500 lit on roof or at any postion ( and or bringing down if requred ) by drsining out intier water remoing sludge mud etc ,brushing /rubbing with wire / nylone brush/mop to remove all algae / fungal growth and moss etc entirely from walls floors ceilling etc washing clean with fresh water by using water jet and then again washing and treating with anti bactarial agents disinfectants and bleeching powder and writing in approved font of size 100 mm high the date of cleaning and next due date back synthetic ennamal paint over a white base and rubbishing of the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling tiling of single layer Mangalore Pattern roof tile laid in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, interlocking at side the size of tile match with existing tile joints laid in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 45 above but except tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
