Designing, providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of CHLORINE GAS DRY MEDIA SCRUBBER consisting of support structures, ductwork for scrubber, blower, dry scrubbing tank, dry scrubbing media, piping, motors, controls, exhaust system and other essential accessories Chlorine gas dry media scrubber shall be provided as a safety device for use with chlorine (Cl2) gas cylinders in case of emergency. System includes: - Chlorine gas dry media scrubber for safety in case of chlorine (Cl2) gas leakage at site by scrubbing of chlorine gas consisting of: - 1. Instrumentation with hood and ducting 2. Exhaust blower 3. Scrubber with packed bed 4. Vents to atmosphere 5. Control Panel 6. Prefab Porta Cabin of size 1.83 metre X 1.83 metre and height 2.2 metre with one side slope design with 50mm PUF wall panels and Pre Painted galvanized (PPGI) sheet at 20/60 mm corrugated PUF roof panels with Pre-painted galvanized (PPGI) sheet with door, windows etc. complete in all respect Operating Procedures: - The CHLORINE GAS DRY SCRUBBER will consist of non-toxic dry scrubbing media that can scrub chlorine (Cl2) gas with high efficiency. The dry scrubber shall be compatible with existing chlorine gas leak detector installed at site and shall automatically operate through the output signal from the leak detector in case of chlorine (Cl2) gas leakage.
