M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of concrete surfaces over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding, coping, bed plates, hold fast blocks, etc., including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning the surface to remove all dust, dirt etc including priming the surface with one coat of Smartcare Bituminous primer of Make : Asian Paints or equivalent in STP/ Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc Chemicals , to enhance the bonding properties, providing and laying of protective Geotextile fabric 45GSM over the bituminous primer application with proper overlaps, supplying and applying single component, elastomeric, pitch modified PU coating Smartcare Flexiseal PU of Make : Asian Paints or equivalent in STP/ Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc Chemicals with minimum elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D412 and Shore A Hardness of 90 as per ASTM D 2240. The PU coating shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm. The system consists of applying the water proofing treatment @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm and shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm etc complete as per manufacturer's instructions. Over the two coats of Flexi seal PU Waterproofing application, applying and sprinkling silica sand material to the roof area, etc complete as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: (i)The treatment should be carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer. (ii) Entire Material viz Primer, Geotextile Fabric and PU coating smart care flexiseal should be of same make only.

M & L for providing 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors for levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of slurry tight formwork which shall not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete shall be fabricated and erected in position. Provision shall be made for a suitable feed hopper for pouring in the micro concrete in the formwork. The form work shall be coated with Nafuplan UST liquid for steel surfaces, Nafuplan-K for wooden surfaces or Fosroc Reebol mould releasing agent or equivalent releasing agent as approved, prior to final fixing in position as per manufacturers instruction. Proper supporting arrangements to be made for keeping the shutter in correct line and length complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for stacking sufficient quantity of micro concrete material comprising 10 mm down graded aggregate chips, pouring in a continuous operation with a grout/ concrete mixer of low speed heavy duty dram fitted with suitable paddle shall be kept ready and chips slowly mixed in the dram thoroughly in a forced action. The mixed materials shall be placed immediately in to the position formwork continuously without any time gap complete for an average thickness of 40 - 50 mm including finishing the exposed surface to an even and smooth surface completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
