Sub Head-1:- Operation & Maintenance

Operation and Maintenance of all E & M installations at various site of RHQ-NER, Guwahati like AAI Quaters including New Residential Colony, Hostel, Community Center, ASTI, NDB at CISF Campus, Jagran & New Colony Pump House, etc. complete as required and attending the complaints / faults, break downs complaints and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out preventive maintenance, premonsoon checks, maintenance & submission of records/documentation /store/dismantle materials etc., providing tools and tackles, sundries as per the detailed specifications, schedule, Annexure, terms and condition givern under SCC, on all working days including sundays and holidays complete as per special conditions of contract.

Sub Head-2:- Painting, Rewinding, Lifting & Lowering, Servicing etc.

Rewinding of burnt out ceiling fans/exhaust fans/air circulator of all sizes & makes with suitable size of enamelled copper conductor i/c to and fro transportation, testing etc as required. (Dismantled material / wire shall be property of the tenderer).

Replacement of defective ball bearings of ceiling fans/exhaust fans/air circulator of all sizes & makes i/c to and fro transportion, and testing etc as required

Spray painting of existing outdoor panels/feeder pillars, junction boxes with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade including cleaning and scrapping the existing surface complete as per site requirements.

Painting of street lighting poles of different heights up to 11mtr with aluminium paint of one or more coat of approved brand i/c cleaning & scrapping the existing surface complete as per actual site requirements.

Lifting and lowering of submersible pump motor set of following capacity from the depth upto 80 feet including dismantling of the column pipe, cable etc and re-installation of pump and motor set in the bore well along with all necessary work like providing and fixing of required new gasket & nut bolts, and welding & threading of GI pipe and flange etc as required and making connection to the discharge line after dry revolution test complete as required. From 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP

Replacement of painted marine type wooden strips upto "1.5m x .05m x .01m" sizes at the existing aeration tank at different pump houses etc. including hard ware item if required complete as required.

Rewinding of following 3-phase,415 VAC, 50 HZ, submersible / monoblock motor with copper conductor of suitable size i/c dismantling and transportation to work shop and back and re- installation i/c repair, servicing, testing, & commissioning (Dismantled material / wire shall be property of the tenderer).

Sub Head-3 (ii):- Supply of Material (T & P) as and when required.

Supply of Aluminium Extension Tiltable Tower ladder of 24 Ft (extended height) and 14 Ft (Closed height) in two fold design, sides made out of heavy duty Aluminium rectangular Zig-Zag type channel section, steps made out of heavy duty Aluminium corrugated tubing, aluminium cross scissor type supports, chequered platform of size 24''x24'' having load bearing capacity of minimum 120kg, side rails and tool tray fiited on the top, heavy duty hand operated winch gear machine with 8mm dia double steel wire ropes, mounted on M.S. Trolley base of suitable made out of M.S channels and angles with rubber casted/polymer wheels, towbar, foldable jacks etc. including all accessories etc complete as required.

Sub Head-4:-DSR 2018 items as and when required.

Execution of item of schedule of rates 'CPWD DSR (E&M) 2018' as and when required for attending breakdown, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different AAI units/locations complete as per the special terms and conditions in addition to General Terms and conditions of contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 1,00,000/- and percentage (%) above/below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly.

Sub Head-5:- CMC of Water Filtration Plant.

Comprehensive maintenance contract of iron removal filter plant with consumables, such as soda ash, liquid chlorine etc. and weekly visit of trained technician to supervise the maintenance, dosing , backwash etc. i.e. attending breakdown calls as an when required and maintaining the required pH value as per required specification including quarterly water testing reports for all the sites etc. complete as required.
