Dismantling the existing 3 Nos. Panther conductor along with the fittings AS IS WHERE IS CONDICTION and clearing from the site at your own cost including cost of dismantling charges, loading , unloading, transporting charges with necessary Tools and plants with safety norms. (The Amount towards materials to be dismanlted by as is where is condition should be remitted in TANTRANSCO Account before the date of commencement of dismantling of this materials, or otherwise the same will be recovered from your running bills with levy of 22% penalty per annum from the date of commencement of dismantling works up to the date of passing of your running bills in which this recovery is to be made) Please refer clause 73.0 of the tender specification before quoting the rate
