Surface excavation not exceeding 30CM deep and averaging 15 CM deep and getting out in soft/Loose Soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes in (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken bubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm. of soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc. 500 m but not exceeding 1000 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design Mix using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beam plinth beams, based for columns etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for formwork to sides / faces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns and similar works fair finished surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (used as Ramp filling )

M&L for Spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick spread, well rammed including watering as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2(40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 80 mm thick precast hydraulic pressed Glossy finished interlocking paver block , M-40 grade including 25 mm thick sand cushion and the joints filled as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 60 mm thick precast hydraulic pressed Glossy finished interlocking paver block , M-35 grade including 25 mm thick sand cushion and the joints filled as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in coping including necessary form works throading etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses/vertical posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Unite quoted rates shall deemed to be included for specific curvature/design of steel tubes and othe similar member ,trusss etc.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats of grade etc (Fe- 410W Grade-E-250 quality A). complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of diameter of neck exc 16mm not exceeding 20 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ,or screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exceeding 5 cm but nut exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified & directed.

S&F framed work as in gusset plate for framed truss, rafters, rails braces etc complete, drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fitting etc with welded, riveted or bolted of grade Fe-410 Gde 250A complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with side and end laps as specified in SSR Part - I complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge/valley gutter in wall/roof, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Aluminium composite Pannel for wall cladding/ceilings 3mm thick fixing with aluminumun tubes of required size weight exceeding 0.25 Kg /RM and necessary arrangement and colour will be approved by Engr in Charge complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for exterior grade heavy duty full body outer designer parking tiles 400 x 400 x 10 mm, in floors etc. of colour and design as approved by Engr-in-Charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1 : 4 mixed with WPC (@ 3%by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick wk or concrete surface finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
