Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with polymeric water proofing membrane after cleaning the surface by wire brushes,brooming,removing dust and applying treatment as under :- (a) Material and labour Plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 using 100% coarse sand on roof including WPC 3% by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.50 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying polymeric water proofing membrane of 3mm thick with consists of a centre core 90 micron thickness molecular high density polyethylene film protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix will be protected on both sides with20 micron HMHDPE film, weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm over area including overlapping as per manufacturers instruction. (e) Material and labour for for applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen as per IS 702-1988 applying evenly on top of polymeric water proffing membrance @ 1.20 Kg/sqm. (f) M& L for blending of course dry sand @ 0.75 KG/Sqm

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface when concrete is green on roof surface in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for normal water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operations:- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wir brush & dusting, Apply a layer of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 Lit/m2 on the surface. Laying 3mm thick APP membrane habing non-woven polyester matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm ie overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealling all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shal be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor (Note- The membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcius, Flow resistance>120 degree celcius, dimensional stability, < 0.5% when tested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers' (ii) Again applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane. (iii) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm over the membrane indicated above.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
