M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300x450mmx7mm thick including over 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying tile finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including taking down and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including taking down and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut Kota stone of size 45 x 45cm or 60 x 60 cm, (selected quality) slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick laid in slope and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and taking down old and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab (selected quality) staircase skirting, dado and pillar fixed over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and taking down old and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Polished granite stone slab 18- 20mm thick coloured as in cooking platform/door sills, partitions, jambs, pillars, window-cills, set in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in neat white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of floors, including moulding at front edge or both edges including dismantling existing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by EIC complete.

Taking down chowkhat or frame n .exc. 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block core plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, chemically treated against termite infestation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick IInd class hard wood factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive gauge/glass cut and metered beads and divided into square with plain chamfered or rounded metered and rebated sash bars any numbers size of members of shutters all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
