Work for replacement of 01 No. 33KV Tripple Feeder control and relay panel at 132 KV Sub Station Dumariyaganj

Dismantaling of old and outdated/defective 01 No Venson make , 33KV Tripple Feeder Control & Relay panel of 33KV Dumariyaganj Tehsil & 33KV Bhanpur Tehsil by opening of control cable and cutting of earthing strip and shifting of panels up to substation store.

Shifting of 33KV Tripple Feeder control and relay panel ( M/S AVANA make ) from S/S store to control room safely & carefully by manual labour approximate distance 50.00 meter by dragging, lifting, dragging at above substation .Grouting also to done if required .

Erection of new 33KV Tripple Feeder C&R Panel of( M/S AVANA make) at above dismantled place as per proper alignment and direction of AE/JE with making earthing by M.S flate (25x6 mm ) as per site requirement .Ms flate provoded by contractor .

Re-wiring of 33KV PT and 33 KV CT terminal box to PT & CT junction box and CT junction box to Tripple Feeder control and relay panel including cable laying and termination .(cable provided by department)

Making termination of all control cable alongwith proper feruling and proper fastening of cable glands of proper size of above control panel(Cable glands & ferrules etc. shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost )(excluding CT connection)

Checking of all wiring cable ,indication ,alarm,by matching the same with protection drawing including proper testing of panel for commissioning.

Shifting of 33KV Tripple Feeder control and relay panel ( M/S Venson make ) from control room to S/S store safely & carefully by manual labour approximate distance 50.00 meter by dragging, lifting, dragging at above substation.
