Full Body Repair and Renovation Works of departmental vehicle TATA 709 Bus

1)Front windshield glass holding frame and paneling inner and outer corroded to be replaced with new paneling using 16 SWG GI sheet. The new frame shall be fabricated as per the existing design and should be properly welded and secured on all side with windshield panel structures. 2)Complete water channel to be replaced and new water channel to be fixed with roof top panels on three sides. 3)Complete roof top panels to be removed and damaged and broken roof top structural members to be replaced, after replacement of structural members the roof top paneling to be re-fixed. The damaged/corroded panels to be replaced using new of GI panel sheet of 18SWG. 4)Both sides roof curvy panels rusted at multiple points to be repaired/replaced using G.I sheet of 18SWG. 5)Damaged/broken window posts 02 on LHS & 03 on RHS to be replaced after removing the inner paneling, window frame etc.The new section to be fabricated after complete removal of the old structure, the new section to be fabricated providing proper gussets on bottom and top of the sections. 6)Window glass movement stuck and abnormal rattling sound, complete velvet channel to be replaced to ease glass movement and to arrest rattling sound along with replacement of damaged window glass knobs. 7)Four wheel arch repairs to be carried with replacement of damaged structural members, panels etc.mud flaps to be provided onto all wheel arches. 8)Foot board repairs to be carried out with replacement of damaged structural members and foot board platform paneling. New platform paneling should of Aluminum chequred plate of 4mm thickness. 9)Complete platform paneling replacement to be done along with replacement of damaged platform structural members, Body U-bolts, balata packing etc.The new paneling to be fixed using suitable size good quality HT bolts with nylock nuts. The platform panels should be aluminum chequred plate of 4mm thickness. 10)Driver side door repair to be carried out with replacement of inner and out door panels, hinges, door lock, door beading, door glass winding machine etc. 11)Driver should door body panel heavily corroded to be repaired /replaced with replacement of damaged paneling on inner side along with structural members. 12)Rear windshield glass frame and both quarter glass to be repaired with replacement of glass frame paneling, rubber glazing with key etc. 13)Damaged seat frames to be repaired along with complete replacement of seat cover, seat cushion foam and seat cover using superior quality rexine cloth. 14)Driver and co driver side platform to be repaired with replacement of damaged sections with new paneling. 15)New rear view mirror to be provided on LHS & RHS along with two rear view mounting brackets to be fixed and mirrors to be mounted onto them 16)06 Nos of new set of tyres with tube and flap of size 7.50x16 cross ply to be provided and to be fitted. 17)Complete painting of vehicle after thorough cleaning with soapy water and rubbing with sand paper. Metal paste to be applied on the dent surface with application of oil primer, putty and the surface to be polished accordingly in the required shape. After drying the surface, to be applied with PS Grey and painted with two coats of standard acrylic enamel (2K) automobile paint as per the existing color scheme. Under body and chassis painting to be done with good quality paint. Stickering and logo to be done as per the existing pattern for whole body. 18)Replacement of existing wiring harness with new assy,proper functioning of all electrical accessories to be checked with replacement of damaged part if any, Replacement of blinker light assy., Head light assy., Tail lamp assy., Horn, damaged relays, combination switch, defective bulbs.
