REPAIR/MAINT OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, GEYSERS, WALL MOUNTED FAN, SPLIT AND WINDOW AC, WATER COOLER, DEEP FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR ALONGWITH CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT CANTT AREA

Repair, maint and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall fan, desert cooler, geyser, water cooler, refrigrator, ACs etc. including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 0.75 to 4 Sqmm twin/three core and length not exceding 1 mtrs and all types of screws, nuts, bolts & washers as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced & paid under respective items of this Sch. (ii) The site of attending complaints are all Married/OTM Accn in Cantt area , Contractor Shall Provide Minimum Two Tradesmen Having minimum ITI/3 year experience for work with Suitable Toolbag to attend the complaints in all working days. (iii) Contractor/ superviser of contractor will collect complaint slip on daily morning from MES complaint cell and deposit the same after rectify on next day morning. (iv) Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. (v) The contractor will ensure that the electricians with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. (vi) A recovery of Rs 500/- for not attending the complaints upto 04 hours & Rs 1000/- shall be recovered from the contractor after 24 hrs. (vii)Complaint slip book, registers & Other Connected Dacuments wiil be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Disconnecting electrically, taking down existing ceiling Fan any type and capacity with due care, dismantling blades for repairing with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Assembling the ceiling fan any type with blades at site and hanging on ceiling /wall refixing after getting rapaired complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of AC ceiling fan 230 volts any make /type/size for carrying out repair/greasing / oiling, re-assembling, replacing rubber reel, fixing clamp, bolts and nuts with lock pins and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Repairs will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Rewinding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make/size with super enamelled copper winding wire with gauge including cutting of old burnt winding. Sleeve work varnishing with `B' class insulation varnish, greasing, connection with flexible wire of appropriate size two core copper wire upto connector block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fan capacitor AC 440 volts 4 mfd 50HZ complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs, alignment grinding to shaft, remetalling & finishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fan shaft of standard size including taking out old shaft complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan regulator electronic, step type hum free suitable to control speed of fan from 0 to 100% and connecting electrically complete all as specified and directed.
