Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and exc. 1.5 mtr but n. exc 3.0 m in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand for cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of and 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for payment)

S & L in repairs for un-reinforced precast concrete HT cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out steel poles/struts of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) HT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole and any other indicated work including necessary form work all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete 1 :3 :6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate incl necessary form work for coaping of pole and any other indicated work all as specified.

S & L in replacement, in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/wall with suitable size of fixing material, XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 95 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV (E) grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment for IS testing, commissionong complete all as specified and directed Note:- (a) Earth work, cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per Item No 11.00 above but of size 3 x 120 sqmm

S & L in replacement jointing and testing HT underground cable in replacement 95 Sqmm 3 core, heavy duty, 11KV, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for disconnecting HT/LT XLPE cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer/MOCB/LT Panel for finding fault, M&L for defect rectification HT/LTcable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the 12 hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified. Note :- (i) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and has to be rectified within 12 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 5000/- per day per complaint will be recovered.(ii) Necessary earth work for open the cable will be included in the quoted rate and joints will be paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for fabrication, supply, fixing and commissioning of box type display boards of size not less than 1.5 M x 1M x 0.2 M made out of ACP sheet of 3 MM thickness with english alphabets and numerics cut out and designed out of 3 mm thick acrylic sheet neatly pasted on the ACP board with flushed LED strips running along the inner sides of the board with necessary fixing arrangements as per the site requirement on roof, wall etc. including taking down old board any type all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site NOTE - (a). Before fabrication of the display board, the contactor has to produce a paper printout detailing all dimensions and matter to be displayed so as to get it inspected and passed by Engr-in-Charge. (b). Matter to be displayed, colour of the ACP sheet and colour of LED strip will be as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c). The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of labour and materials required for fixing of the diplay board at the installation incl providing electrical connections complete as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for supplying and fixing information board /shock treatment chart etc. of Size 2.0m X 1.0m in power houses and other E/M installations as per the requirment at various locations made out of pre laminated board with digital printing,pasting side beadings of decorative aluminium channel with proper fixing arrengement etc.including old board any type as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - (a). Before fabrication of the board, the contactor has to produce a paper printout detailing all dimensions and matter to be displayed so as to get it inspected and passed by Engr-in-Charge. (b). Matter to be displayed, colour of the ACP sheet and colour of Retro Reflective sheet will be as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c). The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of labour and materials required for fixing of the informatory board at the loaction as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chemical Earthing complete with pure copper bar 25mm outer dia electrode, including testing 3 mtr long and having suitable hole on top to connect earthing strip with nut bolts and washers burried directly and verticaly in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 200 mm dia and 3.3 mtr deep using suitable machanical drilling machine connected with copper strip 25x3mm with copper nut bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit. The earthing should be filled with crbon based erthing compound. The resistance of the compoind should be less than 0.1 Ihm. The compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non mgnetic, non corrosive in natur and have best moisture retaining qualities with ph value between 7-9. including reinforced plastic pit not less than 300x300 mm with pit cover, including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed. Make: U_Protect or equivalent. Note; (a) Contractor should visit site before quoting the rates. (b) Rates including demolition of old earthing. (c) Contrctor should provide all necessary safety measures during exectution the job and responsible for any loss to the Govt property during execution the job.

M&L for replacement of air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long all as specified and as directed

M&L for replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of aluminium strip 25x3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L replacement of galvanised iron ( GI ) strip 32 X 6 mm,with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface Excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and avaraging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing hardcore of gauge n. exc 20mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in repairs for coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish (Two colour combination ) any shape and size confirming to latest IS of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cuhsion all as specified and as directed at E/M Installtion for Pathway or as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing HT 22 KV, 400 Amp outdoor type gang operated single air-break switch, triple pole, tilting type, vertical mounting, mechanically operated, Double stack type, consisting of hot dip galvanised channel iron base, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts, flexible copper braided tape ,MS arcing horns capable of breaking the magnetizing current with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with horizontal connecting square bar, GI pipe of size not less 25mm dia, medium grade and of suitable length as down rod levers coupling & operating handle with locking arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Jaipuria Brothers or as approved by GE.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing outdoor type gang operated double stack air-break switch, triple pole, centre rotating with earth switch Turn N Twist type, mechanically operated with blades rotating in horizontal plane having live parts shall be of anti-rusting and non-corrosive metal with MS channel insulators base (as per manufacturers size), having current carrying components of hot galvanised non-ferrous, with double roller or double ball-bearings, having handle for manual operation made of 25 MM dia GI pipe; Line earth switches shall consist of three earthing links per isolator with each grounding blade provided with the flexible copper connections of suitable size (as suggested by OEM) and of adequate length for connection between the operating shaft and the frame complete and having following specifications all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge incld. dismantling and taking out old switch and connections complete - (a) Nominal voltage : 22 kV, (b) Maximum voltage : 24 kV, (c) Frequency : 50 Hz, (d) Number of phases : 3, (e) Solidly earthed, (f) Rated current (Amps.) : 400 all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing drop out HT 22 KV, 400 Amps fuse link consisting of channel iron base having 2 Nos 22 KV post type insulators in stack & 2 stack per phase complete with fuse carrier of SRBP tube with heavily tinned non ferrous metal parts and spring loaded phosphor bronze contact complete manufactured as per latest IS complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE for Item No 25.00 to 27.00:- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting, welding, drilling etc. and other jobs incld. cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of GOD/DO and removing of old GOD/ DO complete. (b) Accepting Officer will detail a rep for insp of items covered under Item No 25 to 27. GE will inform the Accepting Officer before ordering replacement on contractor, to this representative who will visit the site, inspect equipment and certify their replacement.

M&L cable route indicator100 mm dia HT or LT marked according to cable HT /LT incl PCC in 1:3:6 of sizes 30 cm x30 cm x30 cm and angle iron 40 x40 x5 mm of 0.8 mm long all as specified and as directed

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 22 KV of size 25 x 20 cm.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arms of MS Chanel/angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structual steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicted and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and two finishing coat of aluminium paint.

M & L for servicing, greasing, cleaning of GOD and DO, adjustment of its operation, cleaning and checking (for any type of damage) of insulators and lightening arresters incl. tightening of all loose nuts & bolts on the HT structure at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (a) All the necessary tools, tackles and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for the subject work. (b) Rate including all necessary welding work and minor spares like cleaning agent (petrol, diesel, CRC 2-26 etc.) and lubricating material like petrolium geli, grease, oil and lubricating sprays if (c) Rate excluding major spares required to be replace during servicing will be measured and paid under relevant item. M&L for New Filling / top up transformer oil as per IS: 335 of low viscosity having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV, all as specified and as directed. Note: Dielectric strength test should be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to Transformer at site, removing leakage of transformers, replacment of unsv spares like temp gauge, HT/LT bushing with connecting rod, top cover gasket, tap changer assy, reassebling, testing etc comlpete of following capacity of transformer upto 750 KVA all as specified and as directed

All as per Item Ser No 36.00 above but Transformer capacity 1000 KVA to 1500 KVA -ditto- NOTE for Item No 35 & 36 :- (a) All the necessary tools, tackles, lifters and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for the subject work. All as per Item No. 42.00 above but straight through cable jointing kit suitable for earthed 3 core 300 sqmm HT 22KV XLPE aluminium conductor cable.

M&L for Transporting unseviceable Transformer indoor/ourdoor, Step down, 22 KV / 440 Volts, upto 500 KVA capacity, transporting to the workshop for repair work and taking back all as per following :- (a) Taking out /disconnecting all electric incomming and outgoing connection (b) Lifting and transporting to workshop and back. (c) After repair transporting to the site, connecting all incoming and outgoing connections, commissioning, testing complete etc. NOTE : (a) Any loss / damage to the Govt property during execution the work will be make good by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) Rates including T&P, hiring charges of crane, transporting and testing equipments

All as per item Ser No 44.00 above but capacity 1500 KVA -ditto-

M&L for repair to Transformer indoor/ourdoor, Step down, 22 KV / 440 Volts, upto 500 KVA capacity for following repair work :- (a) Draining oil complete (b) Dismantling of core/coil etc (c) Checking/inspection of all parts, coil, replacement of unserviceable parts etc (d) Rewinding of coil HT / LT with proper insulation all as specified and as directed. (e) Assembling and filling new transformer oil (f) Painting complete (g) Testing etc. NOTE : (a) Any loss / damage to the Govt property during execution the work will be make good by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) Rates including T&P, hiring charges of crane, transporting and testing equipments. (c) Unerviceable parts will be measured in respective items of sch.

Notes for item No 44 & 45 :- GE immediately after the transformer becoming un-serviceable inform the Accepting Officer. A representative of Accepting Officerwill visit the un-serviceable equipment for insp at site and if required at workshop and submit his report. Transformers shall be transported to workshop after the submission of report and Go-Ahead of Accepting Officer.

All as per item No 46.00 above but transformer 22 KV/440 Volts, 1500 KVA capacity -ditto-

Supply only HV/LV copper winding wire/strip as per existing gauge of transformer to be incorporated in re-winding job here-in-before and confirming to latest IEC/IS standard and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rates are supply only and labour charges will be considered in the re-winding job of transformer.

S&F in repairs heavy duty station class, Metal oxide lightning arrestors, 22 kV, with all fittings earthed system discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Modifications to support structure as per OEM Requirements shall be the scope of Contractor. No Extra payment will be entertained on this account

M&L for replacement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. of size 25x3mm copper strip all as specified and as directed at site.

M&L for spray painting of transformer upto 750 KVA installed at different locations after scraping throughly the existing corroded paint/rust , filling of cavaties and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & quality and writing the details such as SM/MES No etc. all as per specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item Ser No 51.00 above but capacity 1000 to 1500 KVA -ditto-
