Engineering: Site visits, Total station survey, Geo-Tech investigations, System and Structural Design, Vetting of design, Preparation of DPR etc. Ae Cable Way System: SWRs 2xTrack Ropes, 1xHauling Rope, SWR for Tensioning Unit, Towers 6 Nos, Slack rope tensioning Unit, Hold down & Guide Pulleys, pulley Batteries, 2xCarriage & 2 Sided Bullet-proof Cabin with folding instrumentation, PLC Panel, Variable Drive Controller, Magneto Telephone sets (6 Nos), Electricals, Main Drive unit, operation & control room, Engine with coupling and reduction gear box, back-up supply generator, 2xBrakes, Return unit, 2xAccess Ramps, 2xjib cranes for material loading/unloading (1 ton cap), 2xAnchors, Rope shoes, clamps, various fasteners, 2xAviation markers, fabrication, assembly, installation, stores transportation up to road-head, store shifting from road head to site, staff and erection team charges & expenses, supervision, execution, establishment charges etc. System Civil Works & Protection: Complete system and Towers will be placed on duly designed RCC Base/Plinth, safe of 3.5m HFL bench mark. Duly designed protection work for the flood exposed part of the Ae Cable way system will be carried out. The protection work wherever required as per the survey report for protection of the entire foundation structure. Total including, two years DLP and one year warranty.
