Construction work of 400 KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant STP in the area of 480 Nos PMAY Urban houses in Village Zahirpur Kursi Road Lucknow under infrastructure work.

STP- Construction, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 400 KLD STP based on Constructed Wetland Technology including process and site layout plan and site gading plan, hydraulic diagram, single line diagram, basic electrical drawings, civil general arrangement drawings, structural design and drawings and construction drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings operation and maintenance manuals etc. consisting of primary treatment units and tertiary treatment unit, treated effluent disposal drain/channel, interconnecting piping with required gates & valves, civil work for STP with supply & filling of required gravels, pump house, bio-Media, and plantation/land scaping work, pump room & other Miscellaneous works and including works for required of STP completed all associated civil, electrical, plumbing works and commissioning /Installation work and also including operation and maintenance 05 years of 400 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant based on Constructed Wetland Technology as a whole including supply of chemical and consumables materials, disposal of plant residuals (e.g. screenings, Grit and dewatered sludg), manpower required, general maintenance of civil structures, preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical iems, field instruments etc. cost of collection, analysis, reporting, monitoring and maintaining records of samples from the raw sewage and treated sewage daily collected at least for one time a day from the entry and exit of the STP unit thereon as mentioned in the tender (Exluding GST)

LAYING OF INTERNAL SEWER : Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 50 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 50 meters from the foundation trenches.

Providing and fix open timbering (Covering 1/3 of the surface area by planks) in trenches for the depth up to 3.00M Below Ground level consisting of 40mm thick approved Country wood planks for polling board 125x75mm indian sal wood walers and 100mm dia sal ballies for sturts at 1.50 M c/c including removal after laying of sewer (both sides for trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payment and measurement i.e. area equal to length x depth of trenches. 00.00 to 3.00m. Supply of RCC Hume Pipe (S &S) at site including all taxes etc. complete. 250 mm dia NP3 Class

Carting of various dia R.C.C. Hume Pipe (NP2/NP3 Class) and special from store to site of work lowering the same into trenches in depth upto 1.50m below ground level true to allignment caulking the joints with 1:2 cement and coarse sand mortar including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe including cost of all jointing materials and testing etc. complete but excluding excavation and refilling of trenches from Ground Level to the Invert Level of pipes. 250 mm dia NP3 Class pipe 1.50 to 3.00m. B.G.L.

Contruction of slab type man hole size1.00x1.20x3.00 M. deep internal dimensions including all materials, labour, and T&P etc. As per drawings & complete as per direction of E/I.

Construction of shaft for regulation of depth as per above item-6 including earth work in excavation & rifilling the same, class-150 brick work in 1:6, including cartage and fixing of foot rest in concrete in 1:2:4 including cost of all materials, labour & T&P etc. complete.
