REPAIR MAINT STREET LIGHTS HIGH MAST LIGHTS JUNCTION BOXES AND CONNECTED WORKS OF MD ACCN AT FARIDKOT MIL STATION

Attending the complaints of unserviceable LED street light/high mast light fitting comprising of 45W/ 60W/ 80W/160 Watt of any make any model fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by taking down and checking loose connection in FRP box/ ACSR conductor or street light and making it serviceable and refixing it to the proper height and removing hanging grasses etc and tightening of all nuts,bolts,clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction all as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Attending the complaints of unserviceable high mast light fitting comprising of 80W/160 Watt flood lights of any make any model fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by taking down and checking loose connection making it serviceable and refixing it to the proper height and tightening of all nuts,bolts,clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction all as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L in repair of driver suitable for 45 to 60 watt LED street light complete all as per directed

M&L in repair of driver suitable for 80 watt LED flood light complete all as per directed.

M&L in repair of Driver Suitable for 160 watt LED street light complete all as per directed

Supply and fixing bracket made out of GI tubing light grade 25mm dia, 1.5 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron of size 25x4 mm with suitable nuts and bolts for holding/fixing of bracket on steel pole including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement power contactor 32 to 40 Amps, for three phase for automatic street light timer complete all as per directed.

M&L in repair Hot moulded (FRP) junction box of size 250mm x 200mm for street light pole with locking arrangement with 32 Amps, 4 way heavy duty terminal block suitable connection for three phase incoming cable three phase outgoing cable and single phase connection for light fittings in thermoplastic box in closed shock proof safe IP 65, weather, vermin proof, dust and water proof complete incl mild steel clamps to fix on pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replcement of copper conductor multistranded 1.5 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC insulated multi stranded aluminum conductor cable sheathed 4 sqmm two core and making connections of street light , flood light etc. complete all as directed.
