Gunupur-Theruvali New BG line project : Design and Construction of New BG Railway line from Km 122.750 to Km 141.940 (Excluding RCC BOX, ROB Br. No 388 from km 137.725 to 137.925 but including P Way & OHE works) involving 08 Nos of Tunnels (T-2 to T-9) & from Km 110.02 to Km 113.12 involving 1 No Tunnel(T-1), BLT Works & its approaches and Earthwork in Formation in Embankment/Cutting, Blanketing, Side Drains, Catch Water Drains, Minor Bridges, Major Bridge, Road Over Bridge (ROBs), Road Under Bridge (RUBs), Protection Works, P.Way Track Works with Contractor's own material supplies including supply of Track Ballast, new wide based PSC Sleeper, Special PSC Sleepers (For Turnouts, Improvised SEJs, Guard Rails Etc), Point (Thick Web Switches & WCMS Crossing, Glued Joints, H- Beam/ Composite Sleepers over Girder Bridges, Improvised SEJs, all P-Way fittings, OHE foundations, Supply and Erection of OHE Masts, Provision of 1X25 kV Conventional Type OHE (OHE-22.660TKM) including 2.86 Km ROCS in Tunnel, Provision of one feeding post (TSS) Modifications/Conversion to Underground for overhead electrical HT/LT Power Line Crossings, construction of Platforms, Station Buildings, FOB, Service Buildings, SP/SSP buildings and Residential Buildings, Water Supply, indoor and outdoor Electrification works etc in Waltair Division of East Coast Railway.

The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the "Financial Capacity") of Rs 34.86 crore (Rupees Thirty-four Crore Eighty-six Lakh only) at the close of the preceding Financial Year . (Cl. 2.2.2.2 of RFP Document)

Defination of Similar Work :- For Component-01: "Any Civil Engineering work involving earthwork/blanketing and construction of bridges of each span 12m & above with steel/ composite/PSC/RCC girders with suitable bearings on open/pile/well foundation aggregating a total linear length of not less than 46 metre" and for Component-02: "Any work involving Tunnelling aggregating total linear length of not less than 1132 metre in Railways, Highways, Hydropower, Irrigation or Metro Projects using NATM/TBM methodology".

Defination of Similar Work :- Underground tunnel work using NATM methodology.

In case, submission of Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, or Account Payee Demand Draft, or Fixed Deposit Receipt, or Banker's Cheque, or e- payment Gateway of Authority, following shall be ensured: i.A scanned copy of (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents as specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.1) shall be uploaded on e-Procurement Portal (IREPS) while applying to the tender. ii.The original (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.2) should be delivered in person to the official nominated as indicated in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.4) within the stipulated time (Cl. 1.3 of RFP document)

Whether DSC is in the name of Authorised Signatory as per Appendix-II or Appendix-III ? (It should be in the Corporate Capacity). Refer Cl. 2.14.1.1 of RFP document.

In case of JV, whether it is Registered in the e tender portal i.e www.ireps.gov.in and the registration is valid as on the date of submission of bid ? (Refer Cl. 2.14.1.2) of RFP document.
