Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mcacdam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement+3.50% Emulsion in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of Morth specification. Providing and laying Dense graded Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ton per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading -II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.00% of mix, transported to site , laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade , lavel and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction. as per MORT&H Specification. No 507

Providing, laying bituminous concrete hotmix plant procuding and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premix with bituminious VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filter, transporting the hotmix to work side, laying with a hydroseatic paver finisher with sensor control the required grit, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

CONSTRUCTION U TYPE DRAIN Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50m (5ft) and lead up to 30m (100ft) and including filling, Watering and ramming or excavated earth in to the trench or in to the space between building and the sites foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I up to distance of 30m (100ft) form the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying in Cement concrete 1:4:8 and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors.

Providing and laying in Cement concrete 1:2:4 not less than strength of M150 1 cement, 2 Approved coarse sand, 4 stone ballast (20mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour, cost of form work curing etc complete in foundation and floors. As per S.O.R Chap. 5 Item No. 4/279(b)

Mild steel or iron in plan work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work( when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor two level. As per SOR Chap.10 Item no. 3/504

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and imformatory sign as per IRC 67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 8O1 3, fixed cover aluminium sheeting 15mm thick supported on a miled steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc 45cm x 45cm x 60 cm, 60cm belwo ground level as per approved drawing. Traffic Signs- SINGLE CHEVRON (NORMAL)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5.00 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
