Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding1.5 min width as well as10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto1.5 m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth. sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and for all lift

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as perIS: 277, in 240m pasteel grade, 5-7micron se poxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester topcoat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curvedsurfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MOB distribution board,415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 4 way (4 + 12), Double doo

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 25A

Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuseswitch unit inside the existing panel boardwith ISI marked HRCfusesincludingdrilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 32A TP&N

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 150 mm X 75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing 2 x 4 sq. mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
