Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetra in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiselling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil includinjg shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depths or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering or removal of slush, lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per specification, approved drawings, design as per the entire satisfactions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, GST. malkana and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random course rubble dry stone masonry with hard stone of approved quality in sub structure for structure like retaining walls, breast walls etcetra in all heights/depths as per MORD technical specification clause 702,704,1606.5 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Random rubble masonry with hard stones of approved quality in sub structure in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement is to Six sand) for structure like retaining walls, breast walls, wing walls, toe walls, abutment and similar works etcetera, in all heights/depths in or under water including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) / dewatering, removal of slushies, which may arise at the time of masonry work under water complete including curing complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702, 704,1202 and 1204 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Half brick masonry using second class common brunt building brick in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform including all taxes, GST,carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty milimetre) nominal size including mechanically mixing and vibrating (M-20 Grade) excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement RCC work in:-Suspended floors roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies girders bressumers and cantilever upto floor all level as per HPPWD specifications,approved Drawings,design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals the rate inclusive of octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt..

Providing and laying mild/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire complete as per HPPWD specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cuttingthepatchinpropershape, rakingout jointsand preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, includingdisposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,With cement mortar 1:4( 1cement : 4 fine sand) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters interior grade, commercial type, core of black-board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutter. 35 mm thick including stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screw complete as per HPPWD specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 250x16 mm (two hundred fifty into sixteen millimetre) anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etcetra complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
