REPAIR/ MAINT TO BOUNDARY WALL/ COMPOUND WALL TROLLEY GATE CONCERTINAL COIL CHAIN LINK FENCING BARBED WIRE RAZOR WIRE INCL CERTAIN MISC WORKS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS IN TECH AREA UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials such as rock/concrete slab to a distance exc 1.50 Km but not exc 5.00 km and deposite where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry clean sand spreading, leveling in layers 50mm thick consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for filling shall be 1.18mm single size and sand shall pass 100% through 2.36mm sieve and shall be 100% retain on 600 micron sieve.

M&L for Polythelene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for over lapping. (b) Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for providing (PQC) pavement quality concrete of any thickness as per design mix having minimum flexural strength of 44kg/sqcm in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cum and non circular/triangular synthetic fiber as per manufacture instruction laid to level gradient and camber using paver with and including all lateral support and form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Non circular/triangular fiber to be measures and paid separately at supply only rate.

Supply only polyster non circular/triangular synthetic fibers 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron design for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 recon complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any size & nature complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling of posts/struts (wood/steel or R.C.C.) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good to disturbed ground as natural ground base foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil/concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting and spot welding etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be measured.

S&F for screw bolts (machine made) galvanised with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n. exc 5cm long , diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing mild steel galvanised fencing any size and type (size of mesh and dia of wire as directed by Engg-in-charge) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any type fixed to RCC/steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Supply only fencing, will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Supply and fix mild steel nut bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over as in strengthning bars for chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil 1050mm dia (in stretched position), hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG), fixed to the MS angle iron/precast RCC fencing post with and including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates framed trusses or similar steel work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel framed work such as grills gratings/cattle trap/trolley gate/railings/rails etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walkways railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair double flanged cast iron bottom wheel of any dia 75 mm thick including necessary cutting of surclip groove, bearing groove and boost groove with and including fixing to shaft with nuts and bolts of any dia complete with two bearing at each side of wheel and necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepararing old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for welding in repair exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete/ base of paving complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair expanded metal, not exceeding 4 kg per Sqm in weight, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples fixed complete to wood or iron members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for securing or easing, cleaning/greasing/oiling/ overoiling/welding in gear box, crank handle, rolling spring, channels, ball bearing, pully, wheels, adjustment of lock device etc & any description each complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of any size and in any position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including dismantling/demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight of curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete incl demolition of existing brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster on concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster including two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepararing old steel chain linik fencing of any gauge and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of primer in normal as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
